K.S. 衣類치수 規格에 의한 女性上衣 cover율에 관한 硏究

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to get the coverage of the K.S. size in the 1981 for Korean women's between the ages of 20-60 in women's ready-made jacket. The jacket was made of the K.S. size of 15 kinds and took an experiment to 481 Misses and Mrs. The result of this study was as follows: 1. The coverage was 40.58% in the ages of Misses, 61.67% in the ages of Mrs., 52.83% in the ages of Misses and Mrs.. 2. In order to increase the coverage; 1) If the K.S. size would be sellected by the near group of the K.S. size through the movable size sellection, the coverage of the K.S. size would be increased so much but the length must be adjusted. 2) If the new size should be increased at the group of the distribution over 4% of the Bust & hight in the table 18 and the size of 87, 88, 89 in the height 170 group decreased, the new size of 3 kinds must be increased and the size of 3 kinds decreased. The coverage is increased to 70.90%. 3. In the coverage, the unfitting was showed in following order, Sleeve length>Shoulder Width>Hip>Arm Hole Circumference (=0), Jacket length (=0), but the Sleeve length can be fitted by a little adjusting.;본 硏究의 目的은 보다 적은 호수로 보다 높은 cover율을 얻고자하는 旣成服 치수의 規格 硏究를 위한 것으로 K.S. 여성 上衣 치수의 15가지 홋수가 우리 나라 여성 체형을 어느 정도 cover 할 수 있는가를 實驗하는 데 있었으며 cover율의 結果를 分析 考察함으로서 cover율을 높일 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다. K.S.치수로 15가지 上衣를 제작하여 成人 여성 481명(미혼 여성 202명, 기혼 여성 279명)을 對象으로 着用 實驗한 結果는 다음과 같다. (1) Cover율은 未婚 女性이 40.58%, 旣婚 女性이 61.67%, 未婚·旣婚 全體 女性이 52.83%로 나타났으며 未婚 女性은 旣婚 女性보다 신장에 비해 가슴 둘레가 작은 편에 더 많이 분포하였다. (2) Cover율을 높일 수 있는 방법으로 다음의 2가지를 들 수 있었다. ① 가슴둘레를 중심으로 유동성 있는 홋수 선택을 하므로서 K.S.치수에 인접한 집단을 K.S.치수에 흡수시키는 방법이다. 그러나 길이 부위에 보정을 해야하는 어려움이 있다. ② 홋수의 증감 : 신장 및 가슴 둘레 구간별 분포율이 4%이상인 집단에 홋수를 증가시키는 반면, Cover율이 극히 낮은 신장 170cm 집단의 홋수 87, 88, 89호를 감소시킨다고 가정하면, 홋수의 증가는 3가지 홋수 53호, 63호, 64호를 증가하게 되는 반면, 87, 88, 89호를 감소하게 된다. 이와 같은 경우의 Cover율은 79.90%로서 18.07%가 증가하게 되었다. 未婚 女性의 경우는 29.72%가 증가하게 되었고 旣婚 女性의 경우는 9.68%가 증가하게 되었다. (3) Cover율 중 다섯 부위의 부적합도는 소매길이, 어깨나비, 엉덩이 둘레의 순서로 나타났고 진동 둘레와 옷길이에서는 부적합도가 나타나지 않었다.
