인삼Saponin이 부신 피질 유리세포에 있어 Corticosterone 산생에 미치는 영향

Abstract

인삼 Saponin이 Corticosterone과 ACTH의 분비를 증가시키며, 항 염증작용, 항 Stress작용, 피로 회복작용이 있다는 In vivo test 결과가 보고 되어 있어 소의 부신 피질세포를 유리하여 유리세포에 있어서 Corticosterone의 산생에 미치는 인삼의 효과와 Corticosterone산생에 관계있는 ACTH, Metyrapone, Reserpine, Theophylline에 의한 corticosterone 산생에 미치는 인삼 Saponin의 영향을 In vitro test로 실험하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 인삼 Saponin은 단독 첨가 또는 ACTH와 병용 첨가시 Corticosterone 산생 촉진작용이 있었다. 2) Metyrapone은 Corticosterone 산생 억제작용이 있었으며, 인삼 Saponin은 이 억제작용을 차단하였다. 3) Reserpine은 시상하부에는 억제작용이 있었으나, ACTH 억제작용은 없었으며, 인삼 Saponin은 이 시상하부 억제작용을 차단하였다. 4) Theophylline은 Corticosterone 산생에 별 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 인삼 Saponin의 Corticosterone 산생에도 별 영향을 미치지 않았다. 5) Theophylline에 ACTH를 첨가하면 Corticosterone 산생이 증가되었으며, 여기에 인삼 Saponin을 더 첨가하면 Corticosterone 산생이 더욱 증가되었다.;These attempts were made to clarify the effect of Ginseng Saponin on the prodcuction of Corticosterone in isolated bovine adrenal cortical cells. The effects of Ginseng Saponin, ACTH, Metyrapone, Reserpine, and Theophylline on the production of Corticosterone were investigated. The experimental results are as follows. 1) It was revealed that ACTH and Ginseng Saponin stimulated the production of Corticosterone. 2) Metyrapone was proved to inhibit the production of Corticosterone, however Ginseng Saponin was found to restrict this inhibitory action. 3) Reserpine was not effective on the Corticotropic action of ACTH, but it seemed that Reserpine was inhibitory to the hypothalamic action. Ginseng Saponin was restrictive to this inhibitory action. 4) Theophylline was not effective on the production of Corticosterone, and the same tendency was observed in the treatment of Ginseng Saponin 5) The production of Corticosterone was increased when Theophylline and ACTH had been added together. And the production of it was more increased by the addition of Ginseng Saponin into the above treating plot.
