Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai의 성분 연구(Ⅰ)

Abstract

Methanol extract of the roots of Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai was fractionated into three parts : ether soluble, chloroform soluble, and water soluble parts. From the water layer, Base A (mp 228-230°) was isolated. Base A was assumed to be thalifendine chloride by spectrometric data (UV, IR) and phytochemical properties.;자주꿩의 다리(Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai)의 지하부의 methanol extract를 ether가용부, chloroform가용부 및 수층부로 분획하였다. 그 中 수층부로부터 융접(분해점)이 228∼230°인 황색 염기성 물질 A를 분리하여 Thalifendine Chloride로 추정하였다.
