平生敎育의 觀点에서 본 企業內 敎育에 관한 硏究

Abstract

本 論文은 社會의 變化에 따라 企業의 發展的 要求를 充足시키기 위하여 현재 各 企業體에서 실시하고 있는 企業內敎育에 대하여 그 理論的 背景과 韓國에 있어서의 企業內敎育의 趨勢를 살펴보고, 이를 平生敎育의 觀点에서 그 發展方向을 모색하였다. 現在 企業에서 실시되고 있는 企業內敎育은, 人的資源面에서의 人間에 대한 새로운 인식과 더불어, 企業의 經營戰略的 次元에서 計劃, 實踐, 評價되고 있다. 즉 理論的 背景은 경제학의 人間資本과 이에 대한 投資를 기초로 하고 있으며 實際的인 面에서는 경영학의 人事管理 및 經營戰略的인 面에 기초를 두어 인접한 學問이기는 하나 두가지 학문분야에서 이 교육이 다루어 지고 있다. 그러나 企業內敎育은 人力需給面에서의 人材養成과 人間의 能力開發, 勞使關係에서의 근로자의 권익보호 이상의 다른 의미를 가진다. 즉 人間自體에 대한 인식, 다시 말해서 主體的 人間으로서의 企業內의 人間에 대한 敎育으로 企業內敎育은 그 개념이 바뀌어져야 한다. 人間은 그가 소유한 能力과 技術, 知識 모두가 중요하지만 그 모든 것을 합한 總體的 人間으로서 더욱 그 價値가 높다고 할 수 있다. 人間은 企業內에서의 技能도 중요하지만 부속품 혹은 기계가 아닌, 그리고 자원도 아닌 人間自身으로 인식되어져야 한는 것이다. 企業이 企業을 위해 실시하는 企業의 敎育도 역시 이러한 점에서 總體的 人間 本然의 資質向上과 業務能力開發, 經營目標에 맞는 人間, 미래사회에 적응하는 인간으로 指向하는데 繼續敎育의 일환으로서 이바지하여야 할 것이다. 즉 企業은 그 目的이 이윤추구에 있으나 企業內敎育의 方向은 그 企業自體의 經營目標나 勞使關係만을 생각하여 計劃, 實踐, 評價될 것이 아니라 平生敎育의 입장에서 主體的 人間에 대한 이해와 함께 繼續敎育의 개념으로서 그 위치가 확립되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 企業內敎育은 ① 人間의 要求(need) 중심의 敎育計劃과 ② 企業의 經營方針에 맞는 敎育 ③ 職務中心의 敎育訓練 ④ 合理的 方法을 동원한 교육으로 그 개념이 특징지워져야 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 이의 實踐에 있어서 企業內敎育을 현재 실시하고 있는 大企業 뿐만 아니라 실시하고 있지 않은 中·小企業도 企業內敎育에 대한 관심을 가지고 이를 실시하기 위한 계속적인 노력이 있어야 될 것이다. 왜냐하면 中·小企業이 大企業으로 발돋움하기 위해서는 숙련되고 전문화된 人材를 반드시 必要로 하게 될 것이고 스카웃만으로는 이를 충당할 수 없게 될 것이기 때문이다. 그러므로 중·소기업에도 企業內敎育에 대한 실시가 要請되고 있다. 以上과 같이 本 論文은 경제학, 경영학, 교육학등 세 학문분야의 相互協同的 硏究로 企業內敎育에 대한 理論과 實際, 發展方向을 展開시켰다.;With the social change, top management in the firms confronted the various needs in their industries. One of these is the investment in human capital. The purpose of this study is to find out the effective way of "education within industry," which meets the need of social change at the viewpoint of lifelong education. Now, "Education within industry" is dealt with as an investment with the new recognition of human capital, and is planned, executed and evaluated on the side of human management. Up to the present, the theoretical background of this education are two areas, that is, economics, and business & management. But, for the long-term progress of "Education in industry", it should be dealt with the concept of lifelong education in the area of the science of education more than these. The meanings of "Education in industry", which are appreciated in these three areas, are not only the developing of manpower on the spot of its need and supply, enhancing skills knowledge, and abilities of employees, but also the understanding of human being itself, and education according to this concept. Because human is valuable and important as a total man more than his resources; i.e. his ability, skills, and knowledge. So, human should not be conceived as the subsidiary of industry or machine, but as a total man, and "education in industry" should be planned, executed, and evaluated on the basis of this concept. Although "education in industry" is operated by industry, for industry, it should also contribute to develope the man's ability, potential, and capacity on the job, following the purposes of the firms management. In spite of the pursuit of maximizing the profit of the firms, industries should consider "education within industry" as one of the steps in the lifelong-education system. As an extended education, "education within industry" requires the conceptions as follows; (1) The planning of education centered on human needs. (2) Education which meets the purpose of the firms management. (3) Job-oriented education (4) Education with reasonable methods. In conclusion, not only large industries which adopted this education system now, but small and medium enterpreses, which do not fulfill this, should studied and planned and executed in this area continuously.
