Thalicturm uchiyamai nakai의 성분연구(II)

Abstract

자주꿩의다리(Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai)의 지하부의 methanol extract를 ether층, chloroform층, 및 水층으로 분획하였다. 그중 水층에서 동색 염기성 물질 C, mp 196-8°, 와 적색 염기성 물질 D, mp 192-4°, 를 분리하였다. 동색 염기성 물질 C는 jatrorrhizine chloride로 추정된다.;Methanol extract of the roots of Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai was fractionated into three parts; ether, chloroform, and water layers. From the water layer, orange Base C, mp 196-198°, and red Base D, mp 192-194°, were isolated. The orange Base C is assumed to be jatrorrhizine chloride.
