Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai의 성분연구(Ⅲ)

Abstract

자주꿩의 다리(Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai) 지하부의 methanol extract를 ether층, chloroform층 및 水층으로 분획하였다. 그 중 水층에서 mp 211-213˚인 결정성 적색 염기성물질 B를 분리하여 Deoxythalidastine chloride로 추정하였다.;Methanol extract of the roots of Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai was fractionated into three parts : ether, chloroform, and aqueous layers. From the aqueous layer, red Base B (mp 211-213°) was isolated. The Base B is assumed to be Deoxythalidastine chloride by Rf value, spectrometric data (UV, IR) and phytochemical properties.
