dc.description.abstractLeuconostoc mesenteroides No. 20-2-10 isolated from Kim-chi demonstrated to be a good strain for the production of glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase, an intracellular enzyme(average 1 u/ml broth). It was demonstrated that the maximum enzyme activity was obtained in the AC medium containing 1.2% sucrose as a carbon source and 1.0% yeast extract and 1.0% tryptone as nitrogen sources. The optimum temperature and pH for the culture of the organism were 30℃ and pH 7.0, respectively. The maximum growth of the cell and the productivity of the enzyme was attained within 10 hours at the condition described above.;김치로 부터 분리된 Leuconostoc mesenteroies No. 20-2-10은 보고된 동종의 균주보다 glucose-6-phosphate 탈수소 효소의 활성이 높은 우수균주임이 판명 되었기에 이 균주의 최적 배양조건을 규명하였다. 이 균주는 탄소원으로 1.2%서당, 질소원으로 1.0% 효모추출물과 1.0% tryptone을 함유하는 AC배지에서 glucose-6-phosphate 탈수소 효소의 생산량이 가장 높았다. 균주 배양의 최적 온도와 PH는 각각 30℃와 7.0 이였다. 이와같은 조건하에서 균주의 최대 증식 및 효소의 최대 생산치는 10시간내에 도달 했음을 관찰하였다.-
