印花技法 粉靑沙器의 變遷硏究

Abstract

After exploring 32 places ta back ceramics which were scattered all over Kongjoo(公州郡) and Yungi(燕岐郡) in Choongcheong Souther province(忠淸南道), the process to be changed and formed from the late inlaid celadon to Stamped Punchong Ware was analyzed in 3 sides of ceramic form, pattern and composition, by selecting 5 places to bake ceramics at 4 villages such as songjong ri(松亭里), Joongheung ri(中興里), Kasan ri(佳山里) and Daljun ri(達田里) among them. And the chronology and the features by time of Stamped Punchong Ware were examined closely, by comparing on the basis of the existing relics to be able to presume the chronology. The contents of this study are arranged as follows. 1. Songjong ri(燕岐郡 全東面 松亭里) is presumed as songhyun ri(松峴里) where the medium quality ceramics were produced according to Sejongsilokjiriji(世宗實錄地理志). Most of Stamped potterys in Pattern were similiar to the late inlaid celadon, but the new trial to fill the blank or to compose the pattern band with small chrysamthemum pattern was made in the high-quality pottery. It is presumed that the activity was accomplished from 1410 to 1430. 2. At Joongheung ri(公州郡 儀堂面 中興里), the late inlaid celadon and '司' named dish were gathered. As it was not examined in sejongsilokjiriji(世宗實錄地理志), it seems that the activity to manufacture was almost decayed or stopped or in 1424. This kind of the late inlaid celadon occupies the high rate of whole ceramic which were gathered and arranged there, but the new style like the Bowl named 'Gonganboo'(恭安府) was being made. 3. Kansan ri(公州郡 儀堂面 佳山里) is presumed as Goonji village(軍知村) of Sejongsilokjiriji(世宗責錄地理志) and the late inlaid celadon and stamped pattern Punchong Ware which was crowded on inside and outside can be found. The central pattern band was became more important and large relatively and the space was treated by adding the pattern band or white slip inlaid line. The activity period was established from 1420-1440. During this period, Stamped Punchong Ware refined remarkably. 4. No.1 at Daljun ri(燕岐郡 全東面 達田里) shows the tendency of Kasan ri(佳山里). As it was not recorded in Sejongsilokjiriji(世宗實錄地理志), it seems that the manufacture was made from 1432 to 1450. In no.2 Daljon ri(達田里), stamped pattern and brush painted pattern were paralleled, and the mass production was made. The manufacture period is presumed from 1450 to 1470. 5. So as to study the universality and specialty of Punchong Ware, complete area study must be made, above all.;粉靑沙器는 퇴화한 상감청자의 공예의장을 모태로 새롭게 완성된 그릇으로 15세기와 16세기에 걸쳐서 존재하였고 象嵌, 印花, 剝地, 陰刻, 鐵畵, 귀얄, 담금의 다양한 기법으로 표현되었다. 초기의 상감청자적인 양식에서 백토를 입혀서 허옇게 백자화하는 담금기법분청사기에 이르기까지 분청사기의 변화과정은 靑磁에서 白磁로 이행해가는 자연스러운 진행과정의 모습을 보여준다. 분청사기의 변화과정에 대한 기존의 연구는 지표채집을 통한 지역 연구에 미치고 있을 뿐 발굴에 의한 조사와 정리는 아직도 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 경상도지역과 전라도지역 분청사기에 비하여 상대적으로 연구의 소홀한 감이 있는 忠淸南道 印花技法粉靑沙器 (충청남도 계룡산일대의 독특한 鐵畵技法粉靑沙器에 관심이 집중되었기 때문에 앞선 단계의 인화기법분청사기가 가지는 성격 규명과 특징 연구는 부족한 편이다.)를 公州郡 儀堂面 佳山里, 中興里와 燕岐郡 全東面 松亭里, 達田里의 네 지역 다섯 가마를 선택하여 변화과정을 고찰하고자 하였다. Ⅱ장에서는 인화기법분청사기의 양식적 근원을 이루는 14세기 후반 상감청자의 제작여건과 15세기의 정치, 사회, 경제적인 여건이 분청사기의 생산에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았고, Ⅲ장은 각 요지별로 수습된 도편을 기형, 문양, 구토로 나누어 분석하여 송정리는 1410년에서 1430년 사이, 중흥리는 1424년 이전, 가산리는 1420년에서 1440년 사이, 달전리 1호는 1432년에서 1450년경, 달전리 2호는 1450년경에서 1470년경으로 제작시기를 추정하였다. 그 결과 말기상감청자적인 양식에서 인화문과 귀얄문이 병행하는 쇠퇴기 초반부까지의 변화과정을 확인할 수 있었다. Ⅳ장에서는 앞에서 살펴본 결과와 분청사기의 기존 제설을 토대로 충청남도 공주, 연기지역 인화기법분청사기의 편년을 시도하였다. 그 결과 제 1기(1400-1420)에 인화기법분청사기는 기본 면모를 갖추고, 제 2기(1420-1450)에는 다양한 발전과 완성을 보며, 제 3기(1450-1480)에는 인화기법분청사기가 성숙한 면모를 보이다가 귀얄문을 동반하는 쇠퇴기로 넘어가는 현상을 주목할 수 있었다. 인화기법분청사는 말기상감청자에서 다양하게 발전하여 15세기 도자기의 중요한 비중을 차지하였지만 백자의 비중이 높아지면서 점점 쇠퇴한다. 귀얄, 담금분청사기처럼 백자화하거나 백자에 흡수, 소멸되면서 16세기 중엽에는 이미 소멸된 것으로 추정된다.
