Abstract
가교제를 사용하지 않고 diluent만을 첨가한 macroreticular형 PAN resin matrix를 제조하여 amidoxime기의 도입현상, 금속흡착능, 사용가능성 등을 조사하였다. 또한, 혼합가교를 PAN resin matrix 내부에 도입하였을때의 금속이온 흡착능을 실험하였다. Hydroxamic acid group이 도입된 유사 아미드옥심형 chelate resin을 제조하여 여러가지 금속이온에 대한 흡착능을 알아보았다. 더 큰 흡착능을 지니는 chelate resin을 제조하기 위해 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 비가교형 PAN resin matrix의 아미드옥심화 반응에서는 반응온도 60℃, 반응시간 1~2시간, dilution이 90%일때, -CN/NH_(2)OH = 1/2(mole ratio)의 조건이 최적 조건으로 나타났다. 2. 혼합 가교를 도입한 결과 더욱 우수한 흡착능과 표면적이 상승하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 3. Hydroxamic acid group이 도입된 유사 아미드옥심형 chelate resin의 Cu, Cr, Ni, UO_(2) 이온에 대한 흡착 실험의 결과 UO_(2) 이온에 대한 높은 흡착능이 발견되었다.;Macroreticular type polyacrilonitrile (PAN) resin matrix was synthesized by adding diluent, without using crosslinking agent and the introducing phenomena of amidoxime group, utility of non-crosslinked type PAN and the adsorption capability of metal ions were examined. It was investigated for metal ion adsorption ability when mixed crosslinking agent were introduced into PAN. Pseudo-amidoxime type chelate resin was synthesized by introducing hydroxamic acid group and its adsorption capability was examined. The results as follow : 1. The optimum reaction conditions were appeared 60℃ in reaction temperature, 1 or 2 hours in reaction time and -CN/NH_(2)OH = 1/2(mole ratio) at amidoximation of non-crosslinked PAN resin matrix. 2. Mixed crosslinked resin matrix was increased with adsorption ability and surface area. 3. In result, the adsorption examination for metal ions such as Cu, Cr, Ni, UO_(2) of Pseudo-amidoxime type chelate resin introduced hydroxamic acid group were discovered that UO_(2) ion was high adsorption capability.
