임산부용 Girdle의 적합성에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 시판 임산부용 거들의 적합성을 판단하기 위해 3종의 임산부용 거들(거들 A : brief형 복부 분리형 재단, 거들 B: brief형 복부 bias 재단, 거들 C: panty형 velcro로 옆트임한 디자인)을 선정하여 임신 6개월과 9개월 임산부에게 착용시켜 착용효과, 착용감, 신장율 및 착용위치 변동량을 측정하였다. 착용효과를 검토하기 위해서는 첫째, 거들 착용전과 착용중의 인체 계측을 통한 계측치의 비교 둘째, 사진촬영에 의해 거들착용으로 인한 면적의 감소량 및 거들 착용전과 착용중의 복부의 측면 체표면 경사 각도를 측정하였다. 착용감의 측정을 위해서는 질문지를 이용하여 임신 6개월 집단과 9개월 집단의 착용시간에 따른 거들간 선호도의 차이를 검토하였다. 신장율의 측정은 거들에 일정한 면적의 4각형을 날인한 후 각 4각형의 신장 정도와 부위에 따른 신장율을 검토하였고, 착용중 거들의 위치 변동량은 거들의 3부위에 착용 위치를 표시하여 30분간 일정한 동작을 하게한 후 허리둘레선, 대퇴둘레선, 옆선에서의 위치 변동량을 측정하였다. 본 실험의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 착용효과에서는 인체계측치, 면적치, 복부의 체표면 경사 각도치 모두에서 착용전과 착용중의 각 계측치들이 유의적 감소를 나타내 3종의 거들 모두가 착용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 순서는 A＞B＞C로 나타났다. 즉 소재신장율이 비교적 낮고 거들치수가 작았던 거들 A가 착용 효과면에서 가장 우수하였고, 그 다음은 소재의 신장율이 거들 A보다 높고 복부가 bias방향으로 재단된 B로 나타났다. 둘째, 착용감의 평가에서는 30분 착용의 점수가 1일 착용의 점수보다 우수하였다. 30분 착용의 결과 착용감은 B＞C＞A의 순으로 나타났고, 착용효과가 좋았던 A가 착용감 평가에서는 좋은 점수를 나타내지 못하였다. 월령에 따른 착용감의 비교 결과는 임신 6개월의 착용감이 9개월의 착용감에 비해 점수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 3종의 거들이 모두 착용감 점수를 백분위로 환산할 때 만족할 만큼의 좋은 점수는 아닌 것으로 나타나 소재와 치수 분류 및 디자인의 측면에서의 재검토가 요구된다고 생각한다. 세째, 신장율의 측정에서는 B＞C＞A의 순으로 나타났으며, 자세별 신장율도 이와 같았으나 앉은자세에서는 선자세에 비해 복부를 제외한 둔부 대퇴 부위가 증가하였는데 이는 피부의 신전, 수축에 따른 것으로 생각된다. 부위별 신장율에 서는 복부＞둔부＞대퇴부의 순이었다. 월령에 따른 비교에서는 특히 복부의 경우 6개월 진단의 신장율은 거의 나타나지 않았던 반면, 9개월의 신장율은 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 착용중 거들 위치의 변동량은 허리둘레선에서의 흘러내림은 B＞C＞A의 순이었고, 옆선은 A＞B＞C, 대퇴는 A＞B의 순으로 나타났다.;The study has been intended to find out meaningful information about the development of a prototype of enhanced maternity girdle. The girdle of three different models which were available in the market have been carried out by three six-month pregnant women and three nine-month pregnant women. The results of the study are as follows. 1. All three girdles showed improved wear effects in order of model A, model B, model C. Body surface area measurement and two body surface angles of abdomen are significantly dicreased by wearing any type of girdles. It is presumed that the reasons of good wear effect of model A is low expansion rate of the material and tight fitness of the model. Model B is made of material whose expansion rate is higher than model A. Also abdominal part of the model B is bias cut which is considered to result better stretch and consequently lower wear effect. 2. For wear comfort, subjects preferred in order of model B, model C, and model A. All subjects feel more comfortable after wearing girdles 30 minutes than after wearing girdles 1 day. Comparing 2 subject groups, 6-month pegnant group feel more comfortable about wearing girdles than 9-month pegnant group. 3. The girdles are expanded as a whole in order of model B, model C and model A. Considering the expansion rate of some specific area of the girdles, abdominal area expands more than hip area which expands more than thigh area. The expansion rates of girdles worn to 6-month pregnant group are very low at all area, while the expansion rates of girdles worn to 9-month pregnant group are very high.
