家庭環境變因과 對人行動類型間의 相關的 硏究

Abstract

本 硏究에서는 對人間 社會的 사태에서 나타나는 對人行動類型 및 이 類型들을 構成하는 行動構造를 考察하고, 家庭環境變因들이 對人行動類型에 미치는 영향을 검토 하였다. 또한 對人行動 및 家庭環境變因 測定値의 男女差異를 分析하였으며, 對人行動類型과 家庭環境變因間의 相關關係를 검토 하였다. 本 硏究의 자료로 사용된 對人關係診斷尺度는 各個人의 對人行動特性을 8組의 變因으로 分析, 診斷하고 豫言할 수 있는 하나의 標準尺度로 개발하기 위한 예비적 尺度이며, 이 尺度의 豫言的 타당도를 검증하기 위한 附隨的 目的도 동시에 附加 되었다. 이러한 目的을 위해 본 연구에서는 對人關係診斷尺度와 家庭環境診斷尺度(縮小版)를 目錄式으로 꾸며 피험자의 응답을 수집하였다. 標本은 都市4個大學과 地方3個大學을 중심으로 大學 3~4學年以上의 成人大男女 각각 109名, 119名을 對象으로 하였으며, 응답에 소요된 시간은 制限되지 않았으나 보통 1시간정도이며, 各大學의 學生指導硏究所를 통해 學生指導敎授들이 실시했다. 본 연주의 본 연구의 結果는 다음과 같다. 1) 對人關係診斷尺度에 기초가된 對人行動構造는 經驗的으로 檢證 될 수 있는 體系約인 丹型圖式的構造로 배역 되었음을 證明하였으며, 따라서 본 연구에서 사용된 對人關係診斷尺度가 各個人의 對人行動類型을 診斷하고 分類하며, 豫言할 수 있는 "尺度"로서의 妥當度를 證明하였다. 2) 우리나라 靑年基以後 成人男女의 對人行動類型間의 特性은 a) 책임감-초정상적 행동 b) 협동적-과도인습적 행동의 순서이며 男女 모두가 공격적-가학적 행동이 가장 낮은 特性으로 나타났다. 3) 各變因間의 相關關係에서 보면, 對人行動變人間에는 지배-독제적 행동變因은 책임감-초정상적 행동과, 경쟁-자기도취적 동變因과 책임감-초정상적 행동變因은 협동적-과도인습적 행동變人과, 협동적-과도인습적 행동變因은 유순-의존적 행동變因과, 공격적-가학적 행동變因은 경쟁적-자기도취적 행동變因과, 各各 의의있는 相關관계로 나타났다. 가정환경 變因間에는, 가정내의 不和는 아동중심성, 친밀도와 有意한 負的相關이며, 가정의 아동중심성은 접촉의 강도, 훈육의 민주성, 친밀도와 有意한 正的 相關이며, 규율의 엄격성은 훈육의 민주성, 친밀도와 有意한 負的 相關이며, 설명의 태도는 친밀도와 아동의 認定은 애정, 친밀도와, 애정은 친밀도와 각각 有意한 正的 相關으로 지시되었다. 4) 家庭環境變因이 對人行動次元에 미치는 영향의 男女間의 差異는 家庭環境變因 12개중에서 男性은 가정내의 不和와 반항적-불신적 행동과 의의있는 相關으로 나타났으며, 접촉의 강도와 애정次元은 반항적-불신적 행농과 有意한 負的相關으로, 설명의 태도와 친밀도는 자기말살-피학대적 행동과 반항적-불신적 행동과 有意한 負的 相關이었다. 女性의 경우, 가정내의 不和는 반항적-불신적 행동과 有意한 正的 相關이며, 설명의 태도와 친밀도는 자기말살-피학대적 행동과 有意한 負的 相關으로 나타났다.;This study was designed 1) to discuss about interpersonal behavior patterns and structures which are products of interpersonal social situations, 2) to test the effects of home atmosphere variables upon interpersonal behavior factors, 3) to find out sex differences upon interpersonal behavior factors and home variables, and 4) to analyze intercorrelation between IBS and HAV. The Interpersonal Behavior Scales (IBS) used in this study is preliminary form for further standardization. This scale is composed of eight subcategories proposed by Leary and Foa. And Home Atmosphere Rating Scales used in this study is a compact form of champney's Parent Behavior Rating Scales (PBRS) including only 12 variables out of 30 variables. The Subjects including are 228 College, and graduate, 109 males and 119 Females in Seoul areas and Local areas. The findings are as follows : 1. It was evidenced that the interpersonal structures could be arrenged into a systematic circumplex order by this impirical study. 2. The interpersonal Behavior scales can be used as a Scales for diagnosing, categorizing, and predicting the interpersonal behavior diagnose of individual. 3. It was evidenced that, young intellectual's interpersonal behavior characteristics come in order, a) Responsible-Hypernormal behavior. b) Cooperative-Overconventional behavior and etc. c) In the both sexes, the least dominants, trait was the aggressive-sadistic behavior. 4. Examining the intercorrelation of the interpersonal behavior factors and home atmosphere variables, The result are as follows : a) intercorrelations of interpersonal behavior factors show that, the managerial-autocratic appears to be related positively to the responsible-Hypernormal and the competitive, the responsible-hypernormal appears to be related positively to the cooperative-over convenentional, the managerial-autocratic appears to be related negatively to the self-effacing-Masochistic, the docile-dependent tend to be related negatively to the Competitive-narcissistic. b) Intercorrelations of the home variables show that, the discord in the home tend to be related negatively to the child-centeredness of the home and the rapport, the child-centeredness of the home tend to be related positively to the intensity of contact with mother and the democracy of regulation and the rapport, the restrictiveness of explanation tend to be related negatively to the rapport, the readiness of explanation tend to be related positively to the rapport, the acceptance of the child tend to be related positively to the affectionateness and the rapport, the affectionateness tend to be related positively to the rapport. 5. Sex differences in the effects of home variables upon interpersonal behavior dimensions were found as follows : a) In the males : the discord in the home tend to be related positively the rebellious-distrustful, the intensity of contact with mother and affectiveness tend to be related negatively to the rebellious-distrustful. b) In the females : the discord in the home tend to be related positively rebellious-distrustful, the readiness explanations, tend to be related negatively to the self-effacing-masochistic.
