自動 倉庫 시스템의 經濟的 妥當性 分析

Abstract

최근 기업의 생산성과 유연성을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 컴퓨터통합 생산 시스템(CIM)에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 자동화시스템에는 거액의 자급이 소요되는데 이러한 투자의 효과를 극대화 하기 위해서는 공장 전체의 균형을 고려 하여야 하며, 투자에 앞 서 그 타당성(justification) 여부를 평가하는 일이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 객관적으로 자동창고시스템의 경제적 타당성을 입증함으로써 단위기계의 자동화와 균형을 이룰 수 있는 자동화시스템에 대한 기업의 투자를 활성화시키고 나아가 공장자동화를 촉진하는 계기를 마련하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌연구법과 실증연구법을 사용하였다. 실증연구에서는 자동창고시스템의 경제적 투자가치를 평가하기 위하여 국내 제조업체의 자동창고 현황을 근거로 다중회귀 모형을 사용하여 자동창고의 비용함수를 추정한 후, 비용-효과 분석을 위해 컴퓨터 프로그램을 작성하여 모의분석(simulation) 하였다. 연구의 결과, 자동창고시스템을 도입하는 데에는 일시적으로 거액의 투자가 필요한 반면 일단 도입된 후에는 일반창고에 비해 운영비가 현저히 적게 소요되므로 투자효과가 크며, 입출고량이 많을 수록 경제적 투자가치가 급증하는 것으로 나타났다. 뿐 만 아니라 자동창고시스템에는 경제적 효과외에도 전략적 효과와 같은 많은 비계량적 효과들이 잠재되어 있는 것으로 밝혀졌으며 입출고 빈도와 부하량이 극히 적은 경우를 제외하고는 자동창고시스템이 충분히 투자 가치가 있다고 결론지을 수 있다.;Recently, interest on the CIM, which is able to improve firm's productivity and flexibility at the same time, is increasing. However, the acquisition and operation of automated system costs a great deal of money, we must consider the overall balance of factory and the justification of investment. The purpose of this study is to activate firm's investment will for automated system that balances with islands of automation by testing the economic justification of automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) and is to provide a motive to promote factory automation. For this purposes, this study accomplished both of literature review and empirical study. In empirical study, first, this study estimated the cost function of AS/RS with stepwise multiple-regression model using the data from the installation situation of AS/RS in Korean manufacturing industries. Second, this study simulated the cost-benefit analysis of AS/RS by computer programming. The results of this study, the AS/RS requires high investment funds at initial time. However, if the investment is accomplished, it reqires a few operating costs relatively comparing with one of conventional warehouse. So investment benefits of AS/RS are great. And the more, load volume, the more economic investment value effect is. According to literature review it revealed that AS/RS has a lot of nonquantitative benefits such as strategic effects outside of economic investment value. It concluded that AS/RS is worthy of sufficient investment value except that pallet time and load volum are very small.
