Abstract
本 硏究에서는 織物의 cover factor와 실의 flexural rigidity가 織物의 剛軟度에 미치는 영향에 관하여 硏究하였다. 硏究 方法으로는 면직물을 heart - loop法에 의하여 織物의 剛軟度를 測定하고, 그 織物을 構成하는 실의 剛軟度를 測定하였다. 그런후에 織物의 剛軟度와 cover factor, 실의 剛軟度 사이의 상관관계를 구하였다. 硏究結果로 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1 . 경사, 위사의 cover factor가 증가할 수록 織物의 剛軟度는 증가한다. 2 . 織物의 cloth cover가 증가할 수록 織物의 剛軟度는 증가한다. 이는 織物의 cover factor가 증가할 수록 bending에 대한 저항이 생기기 때문으로 생각된다. 3 . 織物을 構成하는 실의 flexural rigidity가 증가할 수록 직물의 剛軟度는 증가한다.;In this thesis, The effect of cloth cover factor on the stiffness of fabrics were studied. As a tool of the study, The stiffness of fabrics were measured by the heart-loop method, and the flexural rigidity of yarns constituenting the fabics were also measured. And then, The correlation among the stiffness of fabrics, the cover factor and the stiffness of yarns were investigated. As a result of the study, I gained the conclusions as follows : 1 . The more does the cover factor of warf and weft increase, the more does the stiffness of fabrics increase. 2 . The more does the cloth cover factor of fabrics increase, the more does the stiffness of fabrics increase. This is for the reason that the more does the cloth cover factor of fabrics increase, the more does the resistance to bending arise. 3. The more does the flexural rigidity of yarns in fabrics, increase the more does the stiffness of fabrics increase.
