Abstract
Tetraethyleneglycol dimethacrylate(TGD) and Ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (EGD) Crossinked Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was Polymerized. Gel and Macroreticular Type Crosslinked PAN was Synthesized to investigate the effect of external resin appearance On the adsorption Capacity for metal ions. As the side reaction, Cyclization reaction between introduced amidoxime group was accompanied in the course of amidoximation of PAN Cyclization was modelized from the nitrogen content analysis of amidoximated PAN (Ami-PAN). Ami-PAN amidoximated in water medium shows higher adsorption capacity than that amidoximated in methanol. Ami-PAN has an excellent adsorption capacity for Cu^(+2), Cr^(+2), Cd^(+2).;TGD와 EGD가교 PAN을 중합하였다. PAN에 의해 가교된 Gel형과 Macroreticular형은 표면수지현상의 결과에서 금속이온 흡착능을 연구하기 위해 합성시켰다. 가교 PAN고리화의 아미드옥심화 반응 과정에서 부반응으로서 고리화반응이 아미드옥심 그룹에 수반되었고, 아미드 옥심화시킨 PAN의 질소분석으로 부터 모델화 시켰다. 가교 PAN의 아미드옥심화시 메탄올용매에서 아미드옥심화 시킨것보다 물에서 아미드옥심화시킨 Ami-PAN이 월등히 높은 금속흡착능을 보였다. Ami-PAN은 Cu^(+2), Cr^(+2), Cd^(+2)에 대하여 뛰어난 흡착능을 지닌다.
