變性羊毛의 染色 堅牢度

Abstract

The color fastness of normal wool and modified wool were studied. Normal wool and modified wool - wool treated with sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl), sodium dichloroisocyanurate(DCCA), NaOCl/Hercosett, and DCCA/Hercosett - were dyed with C. I. Acid BLue 62 and C. I. Acid Red 85, then tested color fastness to laundering, perspiration, light, and rubbing. Results obtained from this study were as follow: Alteration of shade during laundering test of medified wool was greater than that of normal wool. The staining of cotton by laundering test showed notable than on wool in the case of C. I. Acid Red 85 and staining fastness of alkali perspiration were lower than that of acid perspiration. The light fastness were elevated by increasing dye concentration of C. I. Acid Red 85. Fastness to dry rubbing of wool treated with NaOCl/Hercosett and DCCA/Hercosett were higher than that of wet rubbing. In general, fastness to laundering, perspiration, and light of C. I. Acid Red 85 dyed wool were better than those of C. I. Acid Blue 62, but fastness to rubbing was opposite to that.;산화제 등으로 화학 처리한 변성양모의 염색 견뢰도를 알아보기 위하여 정상양모와 4종의 변성양모 즉 하이포아염소산나트륨처리 양모, sodium dichloroisocyanurate ( DCCA ) 처리 양모, 하이포아염소산나트륨처리 후 Hercosett-57 Resin ( NaOCI/Hercosett )처리 양모, 및 OCCA처리 후 Hercosett-57 Resin ( DCCA /Hercosett )처리 양모를 균염성 산성염료( C. I. Acid Blue 62 )와 밀링 산성염료( C. I. Acid Red 85 )로 염색하고, 세탁, 땀, 일광, 마찰 견뢰도를 시험하여 변퇴색 및 오염도를 측정하였다. 이들 결과를 검토하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 변성양모의 세탁 시험에 의한 변퇴색은 정상양모보다 심하였고, 세탁 시험에 의한 오염도에서 C. I. Acid Red 85는 모보다 면쪽이 심하게 오염되었다. 땀 견뢰도 시험에 의한 오염도는 알칼리성 땀액이 산성 땀액에서 보다 오염도가 높았다. 일광 견뢰도는 C. I. Acid Red 85의 염료농도가 증가할수록 향상되었고, 마찰 견뢰도는 NaOCI/Hercosett처리 양모 및 DCCA/Hercosett처리 양모의 건 마찰 견뢰도가 습 마찰 견뢰보다 높았으며, 대체로 세탁, 땀, 일광 견뢰도는 C. I. Acid Red 85가 C. I. Acid Blue 62보다 높았고, 마찰 견뢰도는 C, I. Acid Blue 62가 높았다.
