Bohuslav Martinu의 sonatina for clarinet and piano(1956)에 대한 연구분석

Abstract

Bohuslav Martinu˚ (1890-1959) 는 체코슬로바키아의 민속음악을 예술음악으로 승화시킨 신고전주의 작곡가이다. 그는 실내악,오페라,교향곡.발레곡뿐만 아니라 라디오용 오페라, 텔레비전용 음악 등의 실용적인 음악을 다양하게 선보였다. Martiu˚의 ChamberMusic을 살펴보면 12가지의 다양한 악기를 위한 실내악곡부터 Octet. Sextet, Quintet, Quartet 그리고 독주악기와 피아노를 위한 Duo 등을 다수 작곡했다. 이러한 작업은 새로운 악기를 통한 새로운 음색을 추구하는 과정이었다. Sonatina for Clarinet and Piano작품번호H'.356(1956) 는 전체적으로 유기성을 지닌 2악장으로 구성되어 있으며 제1악장은 Moderato와 Allegro, 제2악장은 Andante와 Poco Allegro로 구성되어 있다. 제1악장은 제시부와 경과부 그리고 재현부의 형식을 취하였으며 제2악장은 2부형식의 도입부와 연결구의 반복과 Coda로 이루어져있다. 이 곡이 가지고 있는 전체적인 특징을 살펴보면 반복적인 분산화음의 사용과 선율의 Mirror형 진행이 두드러지며 제시된 선율을 이용한 반복과 변형이 자주 사용되었고 주요조성을 중심으로 여러 조성으로 변화하는 무조성적인 특징이 돋보이는 곡이다. 본 논문은 석사과정 이수를 위한 졸업 연주회에서 연주하였던 작품들 중에서 Bohuslav Martinu˚의 Sonatina for Clarinet and Piano를 연구, 분석하여 주제의 제시와 면형, 조성의 변화 등의 음악적 특성을 고찰할 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.;In this paper, Sonatine for Bohaslav Martinu˚ composes Clarinet and Piano.H.356 is studied and analized. Before the analysis, Martin□'s work and musical characteristic are examined. The new attempt as a 20 century's composer is shown in his work, and he also composed utility music as well as nationalism music using ethnic melody and cadence. Since this new attempt is affected by classical music, Martinu˚ is a neo-classicism composer. The Sonatine for Clarinet and Piano. H. 356 is composed of two movements, The tempo of first movement is made of moderato, tempo I, moderato, and allegro. The tempo of second movement is made of andante and poco allegro. The first movement has the development-abbreviated form, in which the development is depicted by brige passge. The second movement has the form, which is composed of part Ⅰ and part Ⅱ. As total characteristic, Martinu˚'s work has bitonality and makes new sound by broken chord based on major and minor third harmony. In this sonatine, Martinu˚ tried to create beautiful melody based on romanticism. In result, Martinu˚ created interesting melody and sound using basic chord and repeated rhythm.
