Cesar Franck의 Violin Sonata in A Major에 대한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 필자의 대학원 졸업 연주회에서 연주된 작품들 중에서 프랑크(Ce´sar Auguste Frank 1822-1890)의 <Violin Sonata in A Major>를 연구한 것으로, 작품의 배경과 음악적 특징을 살펴보고 작품 구조의 분석을 통하여 작곡자가 의도하는 것을 올바로 이해하고, 이를 연주하는데 도움을 주기 위한 것을 목적으로 한다. 프랑크의 바이올린 소나타 h 장조는 프랑크의 작품들을 시기별로 분류해 보았을 때 제 3기(1875년 이후)에 속하는 곡으로 1886년 가을에 작곡되었다. 이 곡목은 대부분의 바이올린 소나타들이 3악장으로 구성된 것에 반하여 4악장으로 구성되어있으며 소나타 또는 3부 형식을 취하고 있다. 또한 이 시기의 프랑크의 대부분 작품들에서와 마찬가지로 그의 대표적인 특징인 반음계적 화성과 자유로운 전조, 순환기법의 체계적인 적용을 보여준다. 이 작품은 프랑크의 개성이 잘 나타나 있어 프랑크의 대표작임은 물론 후기 낭만파의 대표적인 실내악 곡으로 꼽히고 있다. 이 작품의 이해를 돕기 위해 분석에 앞서 프랑크의 생애와 다른 작품에서 나타난 이론적 배경들을 알아보기로 한다.;This thesis is for Ce´sar Frank's violin Sonata on A Major among played work in the concert for the Master's degree. That helps to understand composer's intention though examining the background of the work for the analysis. The purpose of this thesis is to assistant to play the music. Franck's violin sonata in A Major, when it classify production the division of history into periods, is the music in the third season and composed in the 1886 fall. The most of other Sonatas are made up of three movements form, but some of them are four movements form, sonata or ternary form. And the most of his works in this period, same as it shows chromatic harmony, freely modulations and organized application of the circulation system. This is Franck's representative work counting on the head chamber music of contemporary's Roman period. For help to understand this work, before the analysis, I would investigate Franck's life-time and the background in other works.
