가정폭력전문상담원의 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 가정폭력전문상담원의 자기효능감 수준을 파악하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하여 가정폭력전문상담원의 효능감을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구대상은 서울 경기권 가정폭력상담소 68개소에 종사하는 가정폭력전문상담원(여성가족부 인정 가정폭력상담원 100시간 교육 이수자, 상담소 내 소장, 자원봉사상담원 제외) 96명을 대상으로 하였다. 가정폭력전문상담원의 효능감 수준을 측정하기 위해 분석에 사용된 종속변수는 가정폭력전문상담원 효능감이며 이에 영향을 미치는 독립변수로는 개인특성변수(성별, 학력, 경력, 가정폭력상담원 교육 이해)와 조직특성변수(수퍼비전, 조직풍토, 재교육)가 투입되었다. 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정폭력전문상담원 자기효능감은 평균 3.85점으로 높은 수준의 효능감을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 하위차원별로 살펴보면 지지에 대한 인식이 가장 높았고 다음으로 사례관리, 전문적 지식, 치료기술 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가정폭력전문상담원의 자기효능감과 개인특성, 조직특성변수와의 관계를 살펴본 결과 성별이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보여 여자가 남자보다 효능감 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가정폭력전문상담원 교육 이해와 수퍼비전, 조직풍토가 효능감과 정적 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가정폭력전문상담원의 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴본 결과 가정폭력전문상담원 교육이해가 가장 큰 영향력을 주었고 다음으로 수퍼비전, 성별, 학력이 영향을 주는 것으로 드러났다. 효능감의 하위차원에 영향을 주는 요인들을 분석한 결과, 전문적 지식에는 가정폭력전문상담원 교육 이해가 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며 다음으로 성별, 학력이 영향을 주는 것을 나타났다. 치료기술에는 가정폭력전문상담원 교육이해, 수퍼비전, 학력 순으로 영향을 주며 사례관리와 지지에는 가정폭력전문상담원 교육이해, 수퍼비전, 성별의 순으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 가정폭력전문상담원의 자기효능감 향상을 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정폭력전문상담원 교육의 이해수준을 향상시키기 위한 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 가정폭력전문상담원 교육과정 중 [소양분야]와 [전문분야3]에 대한 이해도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타나 두 분야와 관련된 교과목의 수업 방식이 개선되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 또한 가정폭력전문상담원의 효능감 하위차원 중 치료기술이 가장 낮은 점수를 보여 이와 관련된 [전문분야2], [전문분야3]등 관련교과목의 내용을 심화하고 실천 및 실습 위주의 교육 방식이 개발되어야 한다. 둘째, 가정폭력상담소 내에 전문적이고 체계적인 수퍼비전이 활성화되어야 한다.수퍼비전의 활성화를 위해 상담소 내에 정기적인 수퍼비전이 실시되어야 한다. 이를 위해 정책적 차원에서 수퍼비전을 기관평가항목으로 구성하여 실직적인 수퍼비전 수행정도가 평가되어야 한다. 또한 수퍼비전이 상담원의 수행능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 위해서는 전문적이고 쳬계적인 수퍼비전이 이루어져야 하며 이를 위해 수퍼바이저의 지속적인 보수 교육도 실시되어야 한다.;This research helps the family violence counselors figure out their efficacy level and the factors that influence them, and also to increase the level of efficacy. The research was conducted to 96 family violence counselors who work in Seoul and Gyeonggi's 68 differen tfamily centers (except volunteer workers and the person in charge of the counseling center). The factors that were used to measure the efficacy level are their efficacy and the independent variables (personal factors such as sex, education, background experience, the level of understanding of their work) and the group variables (where they were trained, their supervisors, work environment, other education) are also included. To summarize the research is as follows: First, the level of self efficacy they have has the average of 3.85. In the subordinate rank, they are support, case management, professional knowledge, and therapy techniques. Secondly, the self efficacy, personal variables and group variables showed that women have higher level of efficiency level than men. There is also a correlation between the efficacy level and the group variables such as understanding of their education as family violence counselors, supervision, and the work environment. Thirdly, the factors that affect the level of self efficacy are, understanding of their education as family violence counselorssupervision, sex and the education, ranking from highest to the lowest. The factors that affect the level of efficacy are analyzed, understanding of their education as family violence counselor had the biggest influence. In the therapy skills, the factors that affect it most are, understanding of their job as family violence counselor, supervision and education. In case management and support, the factors that affect them are, understanding of their job as family violence counselor, supervision and sex. The suggestions that are based according to this research about the factors that affect the self efficacy of the professional family violence counselor are as follows: First, there should be more ways to improve the understanding and the education levels of professional family violence counselor. From the syllabus of family violence counselor education, the basic knowledge area and the professional area 3 had the lowest level of understanding, and it seems that the related syllabus of two courses should be improved and modified. And also, the professional area 2 and 3 had the lowest scores. The syllabus and the education level should be improved and modified to be more practical as well Secondly, there should be a professional and systematized supervision within the family violence counseling center. There must be long term supervision within the center. For this to be possible, the system should include supervision and mandatory for the counseling centers and rate the supervision. The supervisors must be paid and trained continually. The level of the supervision must be professional and systematized in order to give a positive influence to the counselors.
