한국 이주결혼 여성을 위한 목회상담

Abstract

이 논문의 목적은 한국 사회의 변화와 함께 새로운 약자집단으로 떠오르는 이주결혼 여성에게 관심을 갖고, 그들을 돌볼 수 있는 목회상담학적 근거를 정립하는 것이다. Ⅱ장에서는 이주결혼의 원인과 현황, 문제점들을 살펴보았다. 그리고 한국 교회가 이들에게 어떤 돌봄을 제공하고 있으며, 한국 사회에서는 이주결혼 여성에 대한 어떤 돌봄과 정책들을 제시하고 있는지 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구는 우리사회에서 이주결혼에 대한 인식이 아직은 많이 부족하며, 그들에 대한 정책 또한 많은 한계점을 가지며, 실제적인 도움이 미흡함을 보여준다. Ⅲ장에서는 성서적 모델인 하갈과 룻의 설화를 통해 이주여성들에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 이주여성에 대한 성서의 태도를 고찰하고자 하였다. 종의 신분으로서 아브라함 가정에 씨받이가 된 하갈의 삶과 세계보편주의 사상 아래서 베들레헴 공동체의 일원이 된 룻의 이야기는 이주결혼의 삶으로 인해 찢기고 상한 이주결혼 여성뿐만 아니라, 그 여성들을 받아들이는 우리의 태도가 어떠해야 하는지를 생각하게 한다. Ⅳ장에서는 이주결혼 여성들을 도울 수 있는 상담의 이론적 근거로 워렐과 리머의 역량강화 상담과 이야기심리학에 근거한 뉴거의 여성주의 목회상담을 제시하였다. 이러한 이론적 근거는 대화가 단절되고, 의사소통할 공간이 없는 이주결혼 여성들에게 적용하였을 때 자신의 이야기를 시작하는 데 도움이 된다. 그리고 그 이야기를 여성의 눈으로 들여다봄으로써 자아를 깨우치고, 문제에 대한 새로운 통찰과 방법을 얻게 된다고 본다. Ⅴ장에는 성서적 모델인 하갈과 룻에 대한 통찰과 상담에 대한 이론적 근거들이 어떻게 이주결혼 여성들에게 도움이 될 수 있는지 살펴보았다. 그리고 필자가 담당하고 있는 자조모임을 소개함으로써 이야기 치료의 장의 실제를 제시하였다. 나아가 우리사회 교회공동체가 가지고 있는 인적·물적 자원을 활용함으로써 이주결혼 여성들을 도울 수 있는 방법들을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 새롭게 대두된 사회적 약자인 이주결혼 여성들을 도울 수 있는 목회상담적 틀을 마련하고, 나아가 이들에게 실제적으로 도움이 되는 사회적 관심과 정책이 수립되기를 기대해 본다.;The purpose of this thesis is to recognize the pains and struggles of minority group of "migrant married women" who are emerging in the context of the changing Korean society, and to establish some theoretical foundations of pastoral care and counseling for them. Chapter Ⅱ focused on the reasons, the current status, and the problems of migrant marriage, and investigated the services Korean churches offer, and how Korean society politically treats them. This study shows that our society pays little attention to migrant marriage, and there are many limitations and regulations in social policies and practical supports for them. Chapter Ⅲ illustrated Biblical narratives such as Hargar and Ruth for the purpose of our understanding of migrant marriage. The story of Hagar, who had used to be a slave and a functional wife of the Abraham family, and the story of Ruth, who became a member of the community of Bethlehem with universalism, remind us of women who have suffered from migrant marriage, and also how we should treat them. Chapter Ⅳ suggested theoretical foundations for migrant marriage, based on narrative psychology, C. C. Neuger's feminist pastoral counseling, and J. Worell and P. Remer's empowerment counseling. These theoretical foundations help the migrant married women find their selves, and attain new insights and ways in their suffering lives. Chapter Ⅴ investigated how the models of Biblical migrant marriage, Hagar and Ruth, and the theoretical foundations affect the migrant married women in Korea. This chapter also introduced some narrative healing methods for self-help group which the author engage in, and further more, proposed some resolutions to assist "the migrant married women" by utilizing human and material resources within Korean churches.
