dc.description.abstract	In this paper, We try to characterize the relationship of the proximity space, which is naturally a generalization of a metric space, and the uniform space. Also we show the independency of five conditions of the uniformity.;본 논문에서는 metric space의 일반화인 proximity space와 uniform space 관계를 보였으며 아울러 uniformity의 5가지 조건의 독립성을 조사하였다.	-
