Abstract
The organic superconductor (TMTSF)_(2)ClO_(4) undergoes an anion-ordering transition below about 24K. The cooling rate at which this transition is passed has a drastic influence on the low temperature electronic properties of this salts. We investigated the effect of anion disorder on the superconducting state and the field-induced spin-density wave (FISDW). The residual resistance and the temperature of superconducting transition were determined from resistance measuments as a function of the cooling rate. Increasing cooling rate, the residual resistance increases. Increasing scattering rate might be associated with an increase in domain walls between ordered anion regions. We found a linear relation between the residual resistance and the superconducting transition temperature which might provide some support for the d-wave nature of the superconducting state. The transition fields of the FISDW subphases for various cooling rates were also investigated. With an increasing cooling rate, the negative Hall effect disappears. It is interpreted as the decrease in the amplitudes of third and forth harmonics of the warped Fermi surface.;(TMTSF)_(2)ClO_(4)는 약 24K에서 음이온 정렬 상전이를 일으킨다.
