Codonopsis Ussuriensis(RUPR. et MAX.) HEMSL의 生理作用에 관한 硏究

Abstract

騷産 만삼아재비 Codonopsis Ussuriensis(Rupr. et Max.) Hbmsl의 成分分析과 생리활성의 檢走을 위한 실험을 하므로서 藥漏可能難을 규명하고자 했다. 만삼아재비의 Ether分劃과 氷潛性 分劃을 Rat에 15日間 每日 1脚씩 투여하여 3日마다 赤血球談를 測定한 것과 赤血球增加의 유의성을 나타낸 Ether分劃의 물질분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 水辯徒 分劃을 300mg/kg 투여驛에서는 각각 평균 7.3%, 500 mg/kg투여群에서는 6.3% , lg/kg투여群에서는 1. 1%의 赤血球증가 효과를 나타냈으나 유의성이 거의 없었다. 2. Ether分劃을 300mg/kg투여群에서는 각각 평균15.5%,500 mg/kg투여群에서는 19.0%의 유의성 있는 증가율을 나타냈다. 투여후 15일째는 300mg/kg와 500mg/kg 투여群에서 각각 24.2%와 26.7%의 최대효과를 나타냈다. 그 효과는 만성적이었으며 농도의존적인 경향을 보였다. 3. Ether分訓에서 sterol化合物에 대한 理化學的 聲驗과 광학적분석 결과 a - Spinasterol과 β - SitosteroL로 同定頭다.;The effect of Codonopsis ussuriensis (R_(UPR). et M_(AX).) H_(EMSL) on rats' red blood cell (RBC) was examined by performing a blood count, every 3 days after administering the plants H_(2)O Ext. and Ether Ext. once a day for 15-days after which 2 compounds were isolated from the former extract. The results obtained are as follows. 1. A slight, although insignificant RBC increase was observed in the H_(2)O Ext. 2. A significant 26.7% RBC increase was observed in the Ether Ext. 3. According to the chemical & spectral analysis of the Ether Ext. GC-MASS data revealed 10 peaks between retention times (Rt) 10 minutes & 16 minutes of which 2 were identified to be α-spinasterol (Rt=12.46, MW 412) and β-sitosterol (Rt=12.48, MW 414) in reference to authentics.
