C. Debussy Cello sonata in d minor에 관한 분석 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 필자의 석사 과정 이수를 위한 졸업 연주의 연주곡 3작품 중 하나인 Claude Debussy(1862∼1918) Cello Sonata in d minor의 작품 배경과 형식을 분석, 연구한 것이다. 분석에 앞서, 20세기 음악 발전에 있어서 중요한 프랑스 작곡가이며, 가장 영향력이 컸던 C. Debussy의 생애와 작품 경향을 살펴보았다. Debussy의 Cello Sonata in d minor는 3악장 구조로써, 주제적, 조성적으로 연계되는 악장 구조를 보여주며, 후기 낭만주의 시대에 애호되었던 순환주제적 구성이 응용되었다. 이 작품은 Debussy가 1915년에 쓴 단 한 곡의 Cello Sonata이며 전 곡에 나타나는 다양한 tempo 변화와 dynamic의 변화는 이 곡을 알차게 이끌고 있다. 셋잇단음표, Syncopation 리듬, Cello부와 Piano부가 만들어 내는 복잡한 리듬과 함께 다양한 화음 구성은 이 작품을 근대적으로 만들고 있다.;This study was conducted in an analytic aspect of Debussy's(l862 - 1918) Cello Sonata in d minor, which is one of writer's master degree musical performance. This thesis focused on background of Debussy's work and form of the music. Before the analysis, C. Debussy was very important French composer for developing twenty century music. Debussy's Cello Sonata in d minor is constituted of three movements, shows the matic and tonal relationship between movements, and it can be called as cyclic composition. This piece is the only one Cello Sonata written by C. Debussy in 1915. This piece shows that various tempo change and dynamic change are used throughout the whole piece. As for harmony, he used triplet, syncopation rhythm of cello part with piano part, and it makes that complex rhythm with seventh chord, ninth chord, eleventh chord, incomplete chord, augmented sixth chord, and other chords show Debussy 's modern harmonic progression in this piece.
