Abstract
3가지 다른 matrix(acacia, gelatin, formalized gelatin)를 사용하여 sodium salicylate nylon microcapsule을 界面重合法에 의해 調製하고, matrix의 量에 따른 藥物 溶出 속도를 비교 검토하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. drug-to-matrix의 比가 1 : 2인 경우 藥物 含量이 가장 많았고, 특히 aeacia를 사용하였을 경우, gelatin 보다 藥物 含量이 현저하게 많았다. 또 PH 1.2의 용출 용매에서 T_(50%) 가 control의 1분이내에 대해 acacia를 사용한 경우 71분이었고 gelatin에서는 48분이었으며 gelatin을 formalize한 경우 120분이었다.;Sodium salicylate nylon microcapsules containing three different matrixes (acacia, gelatin, formalized gelatin) were prepared by interfacial polymerization. Effect of the amount of matrix on the dissolution rate of sodium salicylate from nylon microcapsule was investigated. The results were as follows: Retention of drug in microcapsules was shown to be excellent in 1:2 drug-to-matrix ratio. Specially, as the acacia was used, drug content in microcapsules was superior to gelatin. And T_(50%) of 1:2 ratio of drug-to-matrix in the medium of pH 1.2 is 71 min. from acacia, 48 min. from gelatin and 120 min. from formalized gelatin.
