dc.description.abstract산해라 Codonopsis ussuriensis (Rupr. et Maxim. ) Hemsley의 근경 부분을 Methanol로 추출한 다음, hexane, diethylether, water, n-butanol 순으로 분획 하여 그 중 diethyl ether 분획에서 compound I을, n-butanol분획에서 compound Ⅱ와 Ⅲ를 단리한 후, 각종 이화학적 실험과 광학적 분석에 의하여 compound I은 taraxerol, compound Ⅱ는 syringin, compound Ⅲ는 ussurienoside I 으로 동정하였다.;A triterpenoid and two phenyl propanoids were isolated from the roots of Codonopsis ussuriensis. It's MeOH Ext. was partitioned into Hexane, Ether, and n-BuOH fractions. The ether fraction was subjected to silica gel column chromatography to yield compoundⅠ colorless crystal, m. p. 281∼282°. Repeated silica gel column chromatography of the n-BuOH fraction resulted in the isolation of compound Ⅱ colorless crystal, m. p. 192°, and Ⅲ colorless crystal, m. p. 102-104°. On basis of spectral data analysis, Ⅰ was elucidated as taraxerol, Ⅱ as syringin, and Ⅲ as ussurienoside Ⅰ.-
