Anton Webern의 "Three Songs from Viae Inviae" op.23의 2,3악장 분석 연구

Abstract

Anton Webern(1883-1945)은 "Three Traditional Rhymes" Op.17(1924-25)에서 최초로 12음 음악기법을 사용한 이후 모든 작품에 이 기법을 적용하였다. "Two Songs" Op.19(1925-1926)이후 7년만에 작곡된 성악작품 "Three songs, from Viae Inviae" Op.23(1933-34)은 3악장(1933.7.14), 2악장(1933.8.18), 1악장(1934.3.15)의 역순으로 작곡되었으며, 후기 성악 작품 중 첫번째 곡이다. Op.23, 2악장과 3악장은 비조합 집합관계(non-Combinatorial set relations)의 집합쌍들에 의한 선율 모방이 대위적인 기법에 의해 작곡되었다. 주제가 변주형태로 재현되며 각 Section들은 부분적 대칭 구조를 형성한다. Op.23, 2악장은 레시타티브 아리오소(recitative with an arioso)이며 Orchesterstu¨ck(Ouvertu¨re)라는 표제가 붙은 3악장은 론도(rondo)이다. 12음 음악기법에 의한 음악적 아이디어(idea)의 확립과 더불어 Webern 중기(1915-26), 인성의 기악적 취급과 대조되는 성악적 선율 진행으로 후기(1927-43) 성악작품을 대표한다.;"Three songs from Viae inviae", Op.23 was composed with the twelve tone music technique. Op.23 composed in the reverse order of the third movement (1933, 7.14). the second movement (1933, 8.18), and the first movement (1934, 3.15) is the first piece among the vocal music works of the letter term. In this study, the second and third movements of Op.23 were classified by section. And the mutual relevancy of voice and piano was analyzed within the structure of form and set.
