표고버섯(Lentinus edodes.Berk)이 활성도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The mechanism of antitumor activity of aqueous extract from Lentinus edodes have been stuided in various immune cell levels. The present study was designed to examine the effect of Lentinus edodes on N K activity in mice. N K activity of spleen of mice transplanted with sarcoma 180 cells was examined at 13th day after administration I. P. of aqueous extract from Lentinus edodes for 12 consecutive days. N K activity measured in ^(51)Cr-release assay, using ^(51)Cr-labeled YAC-1 lymphoma target cells at 25:1, 50:1, 100:1 effector cell target cell ratio. In the tumor transplanted group, the extract increasesN K activity by 117.2 % in comparision with that of control group at the dose of 10mg/kg body weight, but in normal mice, the same dose of the extract does not affect on N K activity. From this result, we suggest that the extract be more specific to tumor transplanted mice than normal mice and the anticancer activity of the extract is due to stimulation of N K activity partly.;Lentinus edodes(표고버섯)의 수성 추출물을 sarcoma-180 복수암을 이식시킨 동물군에 투여하여 Natural killing(N K) 활성도에 미치는 영향을 ^(51)Cr을 이용한 radio assay로 측정하였다. Lentinus edodes 수성 추출물을 sarcoma-180 복수암이 이식된 마이스에 I. P. 로 투여했을 때 sarcoma-180 복수암으로 인한 체중 증가에 대한 억제율은 Lentinus edodes 수성 추출물 10mg/kg 투여시 44%, 추출물 100mg/kg 투여시 59%로 현저한 체중 억제율을 나타냈다. 추출물을 정상 마이스에 10mg/kg 투여시 대조군에 비해 NK 활성도의 변화를 보이지 않았으며, 100mg/kg 투여시에는 오히려 감소하였다. 추출물을 sarcoma-180 복수암이 이식된 마이스에 10mg/kg 투여시 sarcoma- 180 이식군에 비해 Effector cell : Target cell 의 비가 25 : 1, 50 : 1, 100 : 1 일 경우 각각 NK 활성도는 46.7%, 36.7%, 117.2%로 현저하게 증가하였다. 100mg/kg 투여시에는 sarcoma-180 이식군에 비해 오히려 감소하였다.
