TWO-DIMENSIONAL SUBMANIFOLDS IN FOUR-DIMENSIONAL MANIFOLDS

Abstract

본 논문에서는, x가 일차원 호모로지군이 0인 사차원 연결 폐 다양체 일 때, X의 이차원 호모로지군에 속하는 원소 ξ를 나타내는 부분 다양체 A의 종수의 하계를 구한다.;In this paper, we study the minimal genus of the submanifold A in connected closed 4-dimensional manifold X with H_(1)(X)=O , realizing class §, where § is an element of the integer homology group H_(2)(X).
