Johann Sebastian Bach Violoncello Suite III BWV 1009, in C Major에 대한 연구분석

Abstract

본 연구는 J. S. Bach의 6개의 무반주 Cello Suites 중에서 No.3 BWV 1009에 관한 분석적 연구이다. 모음곡은 17C 작곡가들에 의해 악곡양식이 통일되어 J. S. Bach에 이르러 완전한 형태를 갖추게 되며, Baroque시대 다악장 형식의 기악곡 중 하나로 춤곡의 형태에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 본 Cello Suite 분석을 위하여 J. S. Bach의 생애와 그의 모음곡의 전반적인 특징 및 각 춤곡들의 구조를 알아보고, 6개의 모음곡중 No.3의 형식, 악장구성, 음계, 선율적 특징, 화성, 조성, 박자, 리듬, 등의 내용을 종합해 보았으며, 거기에 나타난 여러 가지 음악적 특징을 살펴본다. 이 곡은 고전모음곡의 기본악장인 Allemande-Courante-Sarabande-Gigue와 도입부인 Prelude 그리고 삽입 무곡인 Bourre´e로 구성되어 있다. 조성은 전체가 C장조로 구성되어 통일감을 주고 있으며 주로 8분음표와 16분음표를 사용함으로써 명확한 리듬감이 나타난다. J. S. Bach는 그 당시 반주역할로만 국한시켰던 cello의 영역을 무반주 cello 조곡 6곡을 작곡함으로써 독주용 악기로서의 Cello의 가치가 더 하였다. 이와같은 역사적 의의와 특징을 지닌 이 곡은 Baroque 고전조곡의 기틀을 마련하는데 있어 지대한 공헌을 한 작품으로 평가받을 수 있다.;This paper is an analytical study of the third of six unaccompanied cello suites by J. S. Bach. Types of collected musical pieces were unified by 17th century composers and by the time of J. S. Bach the form was perfected and can be seen as a development of dacne forms, one of the multiple-movement instrumental compositions of Baroque Period. For the purpose of analysing the Cello Suite this writer studied the life of J. S. Bach, overall characteristics of his collected musical works, and the structure of each dance form, and summed up the form, style, special features of melody, harmony, rhythm, tonality, time and musical scales etc. and studied various musical features apparent in such pieces. This work is composed of Allemande -Courante -Sarabande -Gigue which are the basic movements of collection of the classic suite, and Prelude and Bourre^(′)e which are inserted dance forms. Tonality is mainly C major thus producing a sense of unity and by using eighth notes and sixteenth notes express a very clear sense of rhythm. J. S. Bach composed the unaccompanied six Cello Suites, the cello being confined to a role of accompaniment alone at that time, thus brought the value of the cello to a higher position as a musical instrument for solo performance. This piece, having such historical significance and characteristics is acclaimed as a piece which made a great contribution to laying down the framework of the Baroque classical suite.
