dc.description.abstract자주꿩의 다리 Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai(Ranunculaceae)의 지상부를 건조,MeOH로 추출하여 Hexane, Diethyl ether, Ethyl acetate, n-Butanol 순으로 분획하여 그 중 n-Butanol분획에서 compound I을 단리한 후,이화학적 광학적 분석에 의해 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyrano-sy 1-3,25- dihydroxy-16,24-acetoxy-9,19- cyclolanostane-30-oic acid β - D-xylopyranosyl ester로 동정하였다.;A new cyclopropane triterpene glycoside was isolated from leaves of Thalictrum uchiyamai Nakai.(Ranunculaceae) It's MeOH ext. was partitioned into hexane, ether, ethylacetate and n-butanol fractions. The n-butanol fraction wsa subjected to Sephadex LH20 column chromatography using 100% MeOH and silica gel column chromatography using CHCl_(3):MeOH:H_(2)O(45:15:1) as an eluting solvent to yield compound I, colorless powder, mp 220~222℃. Compound I was identified as 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3,25-dihydroxy-16,24-acetoxy-9,19-cyclolanostane-30-oic acid β-D-xylopyranosyl ester on bases of spectral data analysis.-
