반응성 애착장애아, 전반적 발달장애아, 언어장애아의 놀이수준 및 어머니와의 상호작용능력에 관한 비교연구

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine play development levels and interactional competence in children with Reactive Attachment, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, and Language Disorder. Also, this study compared play levels in the free play situation with it in the elicited play situation and interactional competence in child-mother dyad with it in child-play facilitator dyad in the three groups. Subjects of this research were in total 34, age range from 26 to 57 months. Free play, elicited play, and child-mother play situation were videotaped and the data was rated by two rators independently. Rating for play development level was based on simbolic play development levels proposed by Nicolich(l988) and one level, sensorimotor stage, was added. Rating for interactional competence was based on social interaction part in Early Social-Communication Scale developed by Seibert & Hogan(1982). The data was statistically processed through one-way ANOVA, x^(2) test, and Sign test The result from this research read as follow: 1. Play development level in the free play situation was lined up LD > RAD > PDD and childrenwith RAD showed autosymbolic level which was explained by McCune-Nimlich(l988). 2. Play development levels in children with RAD and LD were facilitated by play facilitator, however, child with PDD demonstrated the same play level in two different play situations. 3. Interactional competence in child-mother dyad was LD > PDD > RAD. As we expected children with RAD showed the poorest child-mother interaction. 4. Children with RAD responsed to and initiated interaction with play facilitator more, compared with their mother. Reverselly children with PDD reponsed to and initiated interaction with their mother mure, compared with the play facilitator. 5. For social matuarity, children with LD were the most mature and children with PDD were the mast immature in the three groups. There was very significant group difference in scores for CARS. Though the scope for CARS in children with RAD was in between children's with PDD and with LD, the score was close to the criteria fur assessing autism.;본 연구는 반응성 애착장애 아동의 놀이발달 및 상호작용 유능성을 전반적 발달 장애, 언어 장애 아동 집단과 비교해 보고 유도놀이 상황을 통해 연구자가 놀이의 촉진자로서 모델링과 함께 적극적으로 놀이에 참여하였을 경우, 보다 발달된 수준의 놀이행동이 가능한 가를 알아보며, 어머니-유아의 상호작용과 유아-놀이촉진자의 상호작용을 비교해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 26개월-57개월 사이의 반응성 애착장애, 전반적 발달장애, 언어 장애 아동 34명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 아동의 자유놀이, 놀이촉진자로서 연구자와 유도놀이, 어머니와의 놀이 상황이 녹화되었고 분석은 녹화자료를 이용하여 2명의 평정자에 의해서 이루어졌다. 놀이발달 수준의 평가는 McCune-Nicolich(1981)의 상징놀이 발달단계에 기초를 두고 감각 운동단계를 한단계 더 첨가 하였다. 상호작용 능력의 평정은 Seibert, Hogan과 Mundy(1982)의 '초기 사회적 의사소통 척도'(Early Social-Communication Scale; ESCS)을 기초로 그 중 상호작용 부문만 평정에 사용되었다. 자료의 처리는 일원 변량분석, Chi-square검증, 기호 검증을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 자유놀이에서 놀이수준은 언어 장애 > 반응성 애착장애 > 전반적 발달장애 순으로 나타나서 반응성 애착장애 아동들의 놀이수준은 전반적 발달장애 아동들만큼 지체되지도 않았고 언어 장애 아동들만큼 정상에 가깝지도 않은 것으로 나타났다. 2. 놀이의 촉진자가 개입된 유도놀이 과정에서 전반적 발달장애 아동들은 자유놀이와 같은 수준의 놀이를 보인 반면 반응성 애착장애와 언어 장애 아동들은 놀이수준이 증가되었다. 3. 유아-어머니간의 상호작용은 언어 장애 > 전반적 발달장애 > 반응성 애착장애로 반응성 애착장애와 전반적 발달장애는 둘다 심각한 사회성 장애를 공유하지만 양육자와의 관계에 있어서는 반응성 애착장애 아동들이 더 문제시되며 이들은 양육자에게 상호작용의 시도를 거의 하지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 4. 반응성 애착장애 아동들은 어머니와의 상호작용 보다 놀이촉진자와의 상호작용 관계에서 더 잘 반응하고 상호작용을 시도하였으며 전반적 발달장애 아동들은 어머니와의 상호작용이 더 잘 이루어졌고 언어 장애 아동들은 어머니와 놀이촉진자에 따라 차이가 없었다. 5. 사회성숙 정도는 언어 장애 아동이 전반적 발달장애 아동 보다 더 성숙하고 반응성 애착장애 아동들은 두 집단 사이에 위치하는 것으로 나타났다. 소아자폐증 평정 결과는 모든 집단들 사이에서 뚜렷하게 차이를 보였으나 반응성 애착장애집단은 자폐증 기준점에 근접하는 점수를 보여 자폐적 행동특성이 빈번하게 나타나고 있음을 보여주었다.
