반응성 애착장애아동 어머니와 정상아동 어머니의 성격특성, 결혼관계, 사회적 지지에 관한 비교 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 반응성 애착장애가 병리적 양육으로 인해 발병되는 장애라는 진단기준에 근거하여, 병리적 양육에 영향을 미치는 변인들에서 애착장애아동 어머니와 정상아동 어머니를 비교하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 '전반적인 성격 특성과 우울', '결혼관계', '사회적 지지'에서 두 집단을 비교하여 차이점을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 대상은 애착장애아동 20명과 정상아동 23명으로, 정상아동은 낯선상황실험을 통해 안정애착으로 분류되었고 사회성숙도검사와 덴버발달선별검사(Denver Developmental Screening Test)에서 정상범주에 있는 아동을 대상으로 하였다. 전반적인 성격특성은 MMPl (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory)를 사용하였고, 우울측정도구는 Beck(1978)의 BDI(Beck Depression Inventory)를 이 은영(1981)이 번안한 것을 사용하였다. 결혼관계의 질은 Graham B.Spanier(1976)의 MAS(Marital Adjustment Scale)를 사용하였고, 사회적 지지측정에는 박 지원(1985)의 사회적 지지척도를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 애착장애아동 어머니와 정상아동 어머니의 전반적인 성격특성을 MMPI 척도별로 비교한 결과, 타당도 척도에서는 F척도, 임상척도에서는 우울증, 반사회성, 편집증, 강박증, 내향성에서 애착장애아동 어머니가 더 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 그리고, 애착장애아동 어머니와 정상아동 어머니의 MMPI결과를 프로파일 유형으로 분류하여 비교한 결과, 정상아동 어머니는 91.3%가 정상 프로파일을 보인 반면 애착장애아동 어머니의 58%가 우울, 불안, 신체화 장애, 성격장애를 시사하는 프로파일을 보였다. 애착장애아동 어머니와 정상아동 어머니의 우울수준을 비교한 결과, 애착장애아동 어머니가 훨씬 더 높은 우울감을 나타냈다. 2. 결혼관계의 질에서 애착장애아동 어머니와 정상아동 어머니를 비교한 결과, 애착장애아동 어머니는 '부부 애정표현도'에서 정상아동 어머니에 비해 낮았고, '부부만족도', '부부일치도', '부부결합도'에서는 정상아동 어머니와 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 3. 애착장애아동 어머니와 정상아동 어머니가 사회적 지지도에서 차이가 나는지 알아보았다. 애착장애아동 어머니와 정상아동 어머니의 지지자 분포를 비교하였는데, 애착장애아동 어머니는 남편과 형제자매, 친구. 직장동료. 선후배, 친어머니 등의 순으로 지지자 분포가 나타났고, 정상아동 어머니는 남편, 친어머니, 형제 자매 등의 순으로 나타났다. 애착장애아동 어머니와 정상아동 어머니의 구조적, 기능적 사회적 지지도를 비교한 결과, 집단간 유의미한 차이가 없었다.;This study was conducted to compare Reactive Attachment Disorder(RAD) children's mothers with normal children's mothers in variables affecting the pathogenic care, on the bases of the diagnostic critetia that RAD is caused by pathogenic care. For this purpose, the two groups of mothers were compared in the points of personality and depression, marital relationship, and social support. The subjects of this research were 19 RAD children and 23 normal children. In normal ones were included children who were sorted out as secure attachment through 'Strange Situation Procedure' and who were in the normal category by the SMS and Dever Developmental Screening Test. MMPI was used for checking the personality and Beck. Depression Inventory (BDI) translated by Lee, Eun Young (1981) was taken to measure the degree of depression. Graham B. Spanier's Marital Adjustment Scale (MAS) was used to examine the quality of marital relationship and Park, Ji won's social support scale was used to check about the social support. Such facts resulted by the research: 1. When the two groups were compared in the point of personality, RAD children's mothers were found to have higher points in F scale, Depression, Psychopathic Deviate, paranoia, Psychasthenia, and Social Introversion scale. And as far as the degree of depression between the groups was concerned, RAD children's mothers showed the higher degree of depression. 2. When the two groups were compared in the quality of marital relationship, RAD children's mothers turned out to be poorer than normal children's mothers in dyadic affectional expression subscale, but not much different in dyadic satisfaction subscale, dyadic consensus subscale, dyadic cohesion subscale. 3. The two groups were checked to find out wether there was any difference in structural, functional social support. The folks supporting these two groups were compared. The best supporters for RAD children's mothers were found out to be husband and brother and sister, friends, fellow worker. class-mate, and mother in order and normal children's mothers had husband, mother, and brother and sister in order. When they were compared in structural, functional social support, there were nothing meaningful different.
