W.A.Mozart의 Violin Sonata in B^(♭) Major K.378에 관한 분석연구

Abstract

본 논문은 석사과정 이수를 위한 졸업 연주회에서 연주하였던 작품들 중에서 W. A. Mozart의 Violin Sonata in Bb Major K.378을 분석 연구하였다. 고전시대의 선구자인 모짜르트(1756-1791)는 교향곡, 오페라, 협주곡, 미사곡, 실내악곡, 소나타 등 다양한 장르에서 그의 천재성을 발휘하였다. 이 곡은 1778년 Salzburg에서 작곡된 전형적인 고전 작품으로 모짜르트 바이올린 소나타를 세 시기로 나누어 보았을 때 중기 작품에 해당된다. 피아노의 선율 또한 돋보이는 곡으로 특히 바이올린만을 위한 소나타라기보다는 피아노와 바이올린이 잘 조화를 이루어 앙상블의 성격이 짙은 피아노와 바이올린을 위한 소나타라고 말할 수 있다. 곡은 총 3악장으로 구성되며 1악장은 Sonata형식, 2악장은 겹세도막 형식 3악장은 Rondo형식으로 이루어져 있다. 화성의 진행은 명료하고 경쾌한 느낌을 주며 선율들을 제시한 후 이를 번갈아가며 사용, 발전시켜 통일성과 다양성을 동시에 보여주는 모차르트의 특징이 잘 반영되었다고 볼 수 있다. 이 곡은 외형적으로 고전형식의 구조와 특성을 잘 따르고 있으나 내용적으로 살펴볼 때 선율의 자연스러운 사용, 반음계의 사용으로 인한 색채적인 효과, 발전부 내에서의 다양성과 통일성 등은 내면적인 자유로움을 갈구하는 작곡가로서 19세기의 낭만성을 함께 지니고 있어서 새로운 시대 음악의 모태가 되고 있음을 알 수 있다.;This study is to examine and analyze Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Violin Sonata in Bb Major K.378. This is a typical classic sonata, a middle work composed in 1798 at Salzburg, which well expresses the characteristics of Mozart. This completed the form of the Sonata and the genuine duet type by balancing the role of the violin which had just been the subsidiary to the piano and not familiar with the public. This work consists of three movements; the first movement takes sonata form in Bb Major, with the second movement in compound ternary form in Eb Major. The final movement takes the form in Rondo in Bb Major. The harmony of this is composed by triad, which makes it feel more clear and cheerful. Furthermore, the modulations between the subjects are improvised by the dominant chord of following key. In addition, Mozart provides for a natural continuity through the whole work, by repeating several melodies with different rhythms and tonalities. It also depends more on impromptu than the organic structure of the sonata, so that he can emphasize each section by its own character. Through analysis of this piece, even though this violin sonata is based on strict structure of classical form, it preserves Mozart's individuality.
