Bohuslav Martinu의 First Sonata for Flute and Piano에 대한 연구분석

Abstract

본 논문은 석사과정 졸업 독주회 Program 중에서 마르티누(Bohuslav Martinu 1890-1959)의 「First Sonata for Flute and Piano」를 연구 분석한 것이다. 「First Sonata for Flute and Piano」는 3악장으로 구성되어 있으며, 제 1악장은 Allegro moderato로 제시부 - 발전부 - 재현부와 9마디 길이의 종결구(coda)가 수반된 소나타 형식을 취하고 있다. 제 2악장은 Adagio의 느린 악장으로 (A-B-C-A)의 4부 형식이며, 제 3악장은 Allegro poco moderato의 빠르기로 (A-B-A')의 3부 형식으로 이루어져 있다. 전 악장에 걸친 주제의 순환, 다양한 리듬의 사용, 음형의 반복, 트레몰로주법과 당김음의 사용, 잦은 변박과 전조 등이 이 곡의 특징이다. 또한 대조적 연주기법, 캐논형식 등의 대위법적 모방기법이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 논문 전반부에서는 마르티누의 생애와 그의 음악적인 경향을 살펴보았으며, 후반부에서는 전 악장에 걸친 선율, 화성, 리듬의 전개와 변화과정을 중심으로 연구 분석하였다.;This thesis is the study of 「First Sonata for Flute and Piano」by Bohuslav Martinu, which was presented as part of my recital program for Master of Music degree. Martinu's first flute sonata consists of three movements. The first movement, Allegro moderato, is Sonata form, Exposition- Development- Recapitulation, with the nine measure-long coda. The second movement, Adagio, is four part form (A-B-C-A) and the third movement, Allegro poco moderato, is in three part form. The characteristics of this music are cyclic form, use of various rhythms, a repetition of same-pattern, use of tremolo and syncopation, and frequent change of meters and modulation through all movements. Furthermore, counterpoint imitation techniques such as contrast performance technique, Canon, etc. are appearing especially. The first half of this thesis deals with the Martinu's life and his music tendency. In the latter half, the author analyzed the developing process in melody, harmony and rhythm in all three movement.
