dc.description.abstract송악 Hedera rhombea Bean. 은 오가피나무과(Araliaceae)에 속하는 상록활엽만목으로 민간에서 지혈, 육혈, 황달 둥에 이용되어 왔다. 이 송악의 잎을 건조, MeOH로 추출하여 Hexane, Diethyl ether, Ethyl acetate, n-Butanol 순으로 본획하여 그 중 n-Butanol 분획에서 compound I을 단리한 후, 이화학적 광학적 분석에 의해 Kizutasaponin K_(10)로 동정하였다.;A hederagenin saponin was isolated from the leaves of Hedera rhombea Bean. (Araliaceae). Its MeOH ext. was partitioned into hexane, ether, ethylacetate and n-butanol fractions. The n-butanol fraction was subjected to silica gel column chrmatography using CHCI_(3):MeOH:H_(2)O (20:10:1) as an eluting solvent to yield compound I, colorless Powder, mp 210-212℃. Compound I was identified as Kizutasaponin K_(10) on bases of spectral data analysis.-
