양금과 가야금의 旋律比較

Abstract

양금과 가야금의 旋律은 일반적으로 거의 비슷하게 진행된다고 보는데, 그렇다면 과연 양금의 선률이 가야금의 旋律과 얼마만큼 유사한지 만약에 차이점이 있다면 어떤 상이점이 있으며 그것은 어느 정도의 비율로 나타나고 있는지를 살펴보려고 하는 것이 이 硏究의 目的이다. 木 論文에서는 양금의 旋律과 가야금의 旋律을 各各 한 정간씩 비교하여 차이가 나는 旋律의 정간수를 세어 백분율로 환산하였다. 重光之曲과 千年萬歲의 양금旋律과 가야금旋律을 비교하여 살펴 본 결과 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 가야금의 제6현인 광(大)을 양금에서는 대부분 태로 연주한다. 둘째, 가야금에서의 □マ(뜰동)을 양금에서는 무음으로 고쳐서 연주한다. 셋째, 가야금의 黃□ 旋律을 양금에서는 무음으로 연주한다. 넷째, 양금旋律은 가야금旋律보다 間音(장식음)의 삽입이 많다. 다섯째, 양금과 가야금의 旋律의 차이는 대체적으로 곡이 빨라질수록 더욱 더 많이 나고 있는 편이다. 여섯째, 중광지곡과 천년만세 곡에서 가야금과 양금의 旋律 차이가 나는 정간수는 전부 769박으로서 이것은 중광지곡과 천년만세 全 정간수의 20.2%에 해당하는 비율이다. 따라서 대부분이 가야금 旋律과 양금旋律의 중심적 흐름이 같다고는 하지만 가야금이나 양금은 그 나름대로의 독자적인 旋律 진행을 하고 있다는 사실을 알 수 있다.;It Is generally thought that the expression of the melody of Yanggu˘m is almost similar to that of Kayagu˘m. The purpose of this study is to investigate the aspect of similarity and difference between the melody of Kayagu˘m and that of Yanggum. In this paper comparing the melody of Kayagum with that of Yanggu˘m one by one beat, we try to find the number of the beats of the melody that are different between Kayagum and Yanggum and represent the number by percentage. A result of comparative research on the melodies of Jung-gangjikok and Cho˘nyo˘nmansae can be summarized as follows. First, in playing Yanggum the sixth string of Kayagum that is Whang (□) is usually regarded as Tae (伏). Second, in playing Yanggum Tu˘l Dong (□) in Kayagum is changed into Mu (□). Third, the melody of Whanglim (黃□) in Kayagu˘m is played as Mulim (□□) in Yanggmn. Forth, in the melody of Yanggum much more Kanu˘m (間音) is inserted than in that of Kayag˘m. Fifth, in general the melody of Yanggum becomes distinctively different from that of Kayagum according to the quick tempo of music. Lastly in Junggangjikok and Cho˘nyo˘nmansae we can find that there are 769 different beats between the melody of Kayagu˘m and that of Yauggu˘m. This means that 20.2 percent of the beats in the music above mentioned is different from each other. In conclusion it is estimated that Kayagu˘n and Yanggu˘m are expressing peculiar melodies of their own though it is thought that the melodies of both the instruments are almost similar to each other.
