결혼 지속연수에 따른 중산층 여성의 결혼만족도와 갈등유형 비교

Abstract

이 연구는 결혼 지속연수에 따라서 결혼만족도와 갈등유형이 어떻게 변화하는지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 서울시에 거주하는 기혼여성 586명에게 질문지를 배포하여 총 518부를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 측정도구로는 한국판 결혼만족도 검사(RKMSS)척도를 사용하여 평가하였으며 수집된 자료는 신뢰도 분석을 하였다. 결혼만족도에 관한 연구문제는 일원 분산분석을 실시하였고, 부부 갈등유형에 관한 문제는 빈도분석을 실시하여 비교검증 하였다. 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. (1) 결혼 지속연수에 따라 결혼만족도에 변화가 있는가? (2) 결혼 지속연수에 따라 갈등유형이 달라지는가? 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼만족도는 결혼 지속기간에 따라서는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 부부간의 갈등유형은 결혼 지속연수와는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 이 연구 결과를 종합해 보면, 결혼만족도와 갈등유형은 결혼 지속연수와는 유의미한 차이가 없음을 알 수 있다. 인구통계학적 변인과 같이 상담에 대한 태도를 조사한 결과는 기혼여성들은 부부간의 문제를 상담을 통해 해결하려는 경우는 매우 드문 것으로 나타났다.;The primary purpose of this study was to examine the marital satisfaction and the conflict types in relation to the length of marital duration. Data from RKMSS (revised kensas marital satisfaction scale) as well as a short survey questionnaire asking about counseling experiences were collected from 518 married women living in Seoul. ANOVA and descriptive statistical analysis were used to interpret the data. The results showed that there were no significant changes in the marital satisfaction as well as in the marital conflict depending on the length of marital duration. The results also showed that very little percentage of the respondents had had any experiences of previous counseling or even knowledge of what counseling is, suggesting that marriage and family counselors in Korea need to be more proactive in educating the public about the positive aspects of counseling and psychotherapy.
