유성기 음반의 「勸酒歌」와 현행 「勸酒歌」의 비교 분석에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 논문에서는 유성기음반의 권주가와 현행의 권주가를 비교함으로서, 현행의 권주가가 유성기음반의 권주가에 비해 변화된 양상을 알아보고자 한 것이다. 유성기음반의 창자인 박춘재.김홍도, 이영산홍, 김연옥과 현행 불리워지는 권주가의 정경태, 김월하의 노래를 중심으로 한 비교를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 권주가의 구조와 형식에서는 권주가가 1~4장, 5~10장의 구성이 각각 같고, 1~4장은 A-A'-B-C-D 형식이고 5~10장은 A-A''-E-C-D 형식임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 가사에서는 현행 권주가와 구가 권주가가 있었으며, 가사에 따른 모음분화비교 결과, 이영산홍의 모음분화가 가장 많았고, 박춘재.김홍도가 가장 적었다. 셋째, 선율에서는 여섯 곡의 출현음이 거의 동일함을 알 수 있었고, 중요음 비교 결과, <불로초로.>, <술을빚어>, <가득부어>, <비나이다>는 여섯 악곡이 거의 동일하였고, <만년배에>와 <남산수를>은 일치하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 비슷한 중요음 안에서도 창자별 시김새가 조금씩 달랐다. 넷째, 리듬에서는 먼저 박비교를 통하여 김월하가 가장 많은 박으로 불렀고, 박춘재.김홍도가 가장 적은 박으로 불렀다. 시김새 비교에서는 앞꾸밈음, 뒷꾸밈음, 평요성, 잔요성, 하행요성, 퇴성, 쿡쿡 눌러내는 소리, 요성 끝부분에서 스타카토처럼 치는 소리, 밀어올리는 음 등 창자별로 시김새 출현을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 꾸밈음은 정경태에서 가장 빈번하게 나타났고, 요성은 이영산홍이 가장 많이 나왔고, 장식음은 김연옥이 가장 많이 출현하였다. 리듬비교에서는 중요음은 거의 비슷하였으나, 시김새의 위치에 따라 리듬이 조금씩 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 이영산홍의 리듬이 가장 복잡하고 자세하였고, 박춘재.김홍도가 조금 단순한 리듬을 가지고 있었다. 이와 같이 「권주가」의 창자들은 음악의 흐름은 같이 하면서도, 발음, 선율, 박자, 시김새 등의 차이를 보였다. 본고가 권주가를 부르는 창자들의 폭넓은 가창에 도움이 되었으면 하는 바람이다.;The object of this thesis is to compare the present song to offer wine with that of phonograph records, and to find out the changes of the present song to offer wine from that of phonograph records. The results from the comparison between the present song to offer wine of Jung kyung-tae and Kim wol-ha and that of Park chun-jae, Kim hong-do, Lee young-san-hong and Kim youn-ok, Cho mo-lan, who are the singers of phonograph records, are as belows. First, the structure and formation of the song to offer wine is same in Chapters 1 to 4, and Chapters 5 to 10. The formation of Chapters 1 to 4 is A-A'-B-C-D, and the formation of Chapters 5 to 10 is A-A''-E-C-D. Second, the lyrics of the song to offer wine comprise the present lyric and the old lyric. Comparing vowel gradation of each singer, the vowel gradation level of Lee young-san-hong are the strongest, and the vowel gradtion of Park chun-jae and Kim hong-do are the weakest. Third, appearance note in the melody of six songs are nearly same. The melody structures of six songs of <Bul-lo-cho-lo>, <Sool-ul-bi-jue>, <Ga-duk-bu-uh> and <Bi-na-ih-da> are nearly same, while those of <Man-nyun-bae-ae> and <Nam-san-soo-rul> are different each other. Within similar melody structures, the grace notes are slightly different. Fourth, comparing the bits of rhythm, Kim wol-ha sings with most bits, and Park chun-jae and Kim hong-do sings with least bits.The appearance of ornaments - foreornaments, backornaments , vibration, narrow vibration, down vibration, fall, push sound, vibtaion and then staccato, push up sound, etc. - are compared each other. Grace notes is appeared most frequently in the song of Jung kyung-tae. Vibrations is appeared most frequently in the song of Lee Young-san-hong. Ornaments is appeared in the song of Kim youn-ok. The rhythm structures of each song are almost same, however, rhythms are appeared slight differently due to the locations of grace notes. Rhythms in the song of Lee young-san-hong are most complicated and detailed. The songs of Park chun-jae and Kim hong-do has a little simple rhythms. The song to offer wine of phonograph records are set to music score, and the comparison and the analysis are performed by each singer. This may be helpful to understand the variety singing methods of the song to offer wine.
