dc.description.abstractBenzylamine과 ethylchloroacetate를 DMSO solvent 에서 반응시켜 N-Benzylglycine을 합성하고 phosphorous acid, formaldehyde와의 Nannich-type 반응에 의하여 N-Benzyl-N- phosphonomethyl glycine을 합성하였다. 이 N-Benzyl-N-phosphonomethyl glycine을 가수소분해(Hydrogenolysis)하여 N-phosphonomethyl glycine을 합성하였다. 같은 방법으로 α, α'-Diamino-p-xylene으로부터 N-Phosphonomethyl glycine을 합성하였다. 가수소분해과정중 용매, 염기의 종류 및 양, pH에 따르는 반응속도의 변화를 연구하였다.;N-Benzyl-N-phosphonomethyl glycine was prepared from N-benzylglycine, which was obtained by the reaction of ethylchloroacetate and Benzylamine in DMSO solvent, phosphorous acid and formaldehyde by Mannich-type reaction. Hydrogenolysis of N-benzyl-N-phosphonomythyl glycine with Pd-c catalyst gave N-phosphonomethyl glycine. Also, N-phosphonomethylglycine was prepared from α, α'-diamino-p-xylene. In the hydrogenolysis step, the effect of the solvent, pH, and base on the reaction time was examined.-
