한국 목회자 자녀 문제에 대한 목회상담학적 접근

Abstract

본 논문은 한국 목회자 자녀가 겪는 페르조나로 인한 심리적 어려움을 융의 이론으로 분석하고 자기실현의 과정을 통해 이들의 삶에 전인격적인 성장을 돕는 것을 목표로 하였다. 한국 목회자 자녀의 심리적 어려움을 이해하는데 있어 사회가 부여하는 역할 즉 페르조나에 초점을 맞춘 것은 목회자 자녀들이 겪는 심리적 어려움을 단순히 개인적 범주에서 이해하는 것이 아니라 문화적 상황을 통해 바라보고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 논문은 한국 목회자 자녀의 문화적 이해를 통해 이들이 겪고 있는 심리적 어려움들과 페르조나와의 관계를 칼 융의 분석심리학적 관점에서 살펴보았고 그 치유적 접근으로 융의 자기실현의 과정을 통한 집단상담 프로그램을 제시하였다. 본 논문의 Ⅰ장에서는 연구의 목적과 방법에 대해 개괄하였다. Ⅱ장에서는 한국 목회자 자녀를 이해하는데 있어 한국 가족과 교회를 살펴보았다. 그리하여 이들이 겪는 문제가 단순히 자신의 잘못이나 부족함 때문이 아니라 자신의 역할을 지나치게 강조하는 한국의 문화적 구조 다시 말해 이들이 구성원으로 살아가는 한국의 가족과 교회 속에서 비롯된다는 것을 전제하였다. Ⅲ장에서는 이 두 구조 속에서 한국 목회자 자녀들이 겪는 여러 심리적 어려움과 신앙적 문제를 칼 융의 관점에서 분석하였다. Ⅳ장에서는 한국 목회자 자녀들의 심리적 어려움을 극복하기 위한 치유적 접근으로 융의 자기실현의 이론을 제시하였다. 또한 자기를 실현하는 과정을 실제적으로 돕기 위한 구체적 방법으로 집단상담 프로그램을 구성하였고 한국 목회자 자녀의 페르조나로 인한 심리적 어려움을 해결하는데 도움을 주는 것으로 그 적용점을 찾아보았다.Ⅴ장은 본 논문의 결론으로서 본 논문이 갖는 의의와 한국 목회자 자녀들의 심리적 어려움을 치유하기 위해 사용한 융의 이론이 갖는 목회상담학적 의의 그리고 본 논문의 한계를 설명하였다. 한국의 목회자 자녀들이 페르조나로 인해 겪는 심리적 어려움들은 융의 관점으로 분석이 가능하며 이러한 심리적 어려움을 치유하는데 있어 인간 내적인 힘의 긍정적 가능성을 인정하고 성숙한 인간으로 온전해지는데 궁극적 목표를 두고 있는 융의 자기실현 과정은 목회자 자녀들로 하여금 잃어버렸던 자기(Self)에 점점 가까워지고, 하나님이 주신 원래의 인격으로의 회복을 가능하게 할 것이다.; The objective of this paper is to analyze the psychological effects of Korean pastors' children caused by persona through Carl Gustav Jung's theory and enhance their character development through self-realization. I have focused on the social role, persona, to understand the psychological barriers Korean pastor's children overcome through cultural realm rather than a personal realm. This paper studies the relationship between the psychological barriers and persona from Carl Jung's analytic psychological perspective through cultural understanding of the Korean pastor's children and provides group counseling program through Jung's self-realization process as therapeutic approach. First chapter covers the objective and method of this research. Second chapter deals with the structure of Korean family and church to better understand the environment of Korean pastor's children in which they are raised into. The premise here is that their inner conflicts are not necessarily due to their personal flaws but it has to do more with the social and cultural structure they are placed in. Chapter 3 analyzes psychological difficulties and spiritual conflicts Korean pastor's children experience within family and church based on Carl Jung's perspective. Chapter 4 suggests Jung's self-realization theory as its therapeutic approach and offers group counseling programs as a concrete measure to enable self-realization and find application to help the children overcome psychological difficulties caused by persona. Chapter 5 concludes by explaining the limitation of this research and the significance of Jung's theory in pastoral counseling for treating psychological difficulties of Korean pastors' children. The psychological difficulties of Korean pastors' children caused by persona can be analyzed from Jung's perspective and process of self-realization, which seeks to accept the positive potential and inner strength of the children and help them rediscover and restore their true identity in God.
