W. A. Mozart의 Horn Concerto No. 3 in E♭ Major, K447에 관한 분석 연구

Abstract

볼프강 아마데우스 모차르트(Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, 1756-1791)는 35년의 짧은 생애에 걸쳐 천곡이 넘는 많은 작품을 남겼으며 오페라, 교향곡, 협주곡, 실내악, 교회음악 등 대부분의 장르에 걸쳐 뛰어난 기량을 보인 고전주의의 대표적 작곡가이다. Mozart는 4개의 호른 협주곡을 작곡하였는데 이 곡들은 모두 당시 짤쯔부르크의 호른 주자였으며 모차르트와 특별한 친분 관계에 있었던 로이트게프를 위하여 1780년대에 작곡되었다. 그 중에서도 Horn concerto No.3 E♭ Major, K. 447은 1787년에 작곡되었으며 그가 작곡한 4개의 호른 협주곡 가운데서 가장 뛰어나다는 평가를 받고 있으며 다른 세 곡의 협주곡과는 달리 오보에 대신 클라리넷을 사용하고 있다는 점이 특징이다. 이 작품은 3악장으로 구성되어 있으며 1악장은 전형적인 협주풍 소나타 형식(Sonata Form)으로 되어 있고 2악장은 3부 형식, 그리고 3악장은 론도 형식(Rondo Form)으로 되어 있다. 본 논문은 모차르트의 Horn concerto No.3 E♭ Major, K. 447을 연구한 것으로 보다 깊이 있는 연주를 위한 이론적인 근거를 마련하는데 그 목적으로 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 분석에 앞서 보다 나은 이해를 위해 모차르트의 생애에 대해 알아보고 모차르트의 4개의 호른 협주곡에서 일반적으로 나타나는 작품의 배경과 음악적 특징을 살펴본 후에 그 중에서도 호른 협주곡 K. 447을 연구, 분석하기로 한다.;During Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s (1756-1791) short 35 year life, he has left us with over 1,000 compositions ranging from operas, symphonies, concertos, and church music. Displaying exemplary talent, he is a true icon of classical music. The purpose of this study is to take an even in-depth, theoretical look into Mozart’s horn concerto E♭ Major, K. 447 than previous researches. The four horn concertos we will look at were all composed during the 1780s. Among them, Mozart’s Horn Concerto No.3 (E♭ Major, K. 447), which was composed in 1787, is considered his most distinguished work. This masterpiece is composed of three movements, the first movement being composed in a typical sonata form. The second movement in 3 parts, and the third movement in the rondo form. This research will begin by taking a look at Mozart’s extraordinary life, followed by an examination into the background and musical characteristics of four horn concertos of Mozart. Amongst the four horn concertos, I will focus my research on Mozart’s K.447.
