사업체 자료의 무응답 처리기법 연구

Abstract

통계조사로부터 얻는 많은 데이터에는 무응답으로 인한 조사오차가 존재한다. 특히 ‘도.소매업총조사’의 경우 조사단위가 ‘사업체’인 전수조사이므로 모든 사업체의 특성과 사업실적 등이 사업체별로 조사되어야 하지만, 다수의 지사가 있는 경우에는 본사에서 일괄적으로 결산하기 때문에 지사점의 사업실적을 파악하기 어려운 경우가 많다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지사의 사업실적을 효과적으로 파악하기 위한 무응답자료의 처리기법을 고안하여 지사 매출액을 보다 정확히 추정할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 기존의 인력규모를 이용한 배분법과의 비교를 통해 더 나은 방법을 찾는데 중점을 두었다.;Non-response cause serious problems in many data sets of statistical survey such as "Total Survey Of Wholesale & Retail" and others. We focus the total survey, which is aimed at studying the characteristics of all kind of enterprises and the business showings, etc. However, in the cases of companies consisting of many branches, only the company sums are reported and branch details are missing. However, since the survey unit is branch, i.e. 'enterprise', it is necessary to impute the missing details. This study proposes a new method to impute the missing branch sales from designing an efficient method to deal with the non-response data. In addition, focus was put on finding out a better way for comparison of allocation method using the existing covariates of the missing sales, such as manpower size of each branch.
