템플릿을 이용한 웹진 제작도구 설계 및 구현

Abstract

World Wide Web 상에서 정보를 업데이트할 때, 자유로운 Layout 으로 정기적인 업데이트를 하는 목적으로 Analog 방식의 기존 잡지의 개념과 합치해 탄생한 방식이 웹진(WebZine)이다. 기업이 고객을 대상으로 한 Community를 활성화하고 Analog 사보를 Digital로 바꾸면서 이 방식을 채택하거나 독자적인 방식으로 WebZine을 표방하면서 전문적인 정보서비스를 수행하고 있다. WebZine이란 방식을 채택하는 배경은 탄력성 있는 Layout을 선택할 수 있다는 점이 가장 중요하게 꼽힌다. 대부분의 웹진이 상용 잡지 수준의 Layout을 구현하기 위해 대부분 단순 HTML에 의존하는 경향이 있다. 단순 HTML은 소수의 편집자에 의해서만 작성되어야 하기 때문에 제작이 번거로우면 다양한 사람에 의해 기사 업로드를 하기가 힘들어 소수에게 업무가 과중된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 웹진의 현황에서 DBMS 시스템을 기반으로 하는 WebZine을 만드는 제작틀을 설계하고 구현하는 방법을 모색하고자 하는데 있다. DBMS 시스템을 기반으로 하는 WebZine 제작틀을 설계하기 위해 중점을 둔 사항은 [1]다양한 포맷의 데이터를 수용하는 데이터베이스 설계 [2]칼럼별 독자적인 레이아웃 쉽게 구축하는 템플릿 구조 [3]다수의 정보제공자가 원격에서 기사 업로드할 수 있는 편리한 인터페이스 [4]과월호 디스플레이의 쉬운 검색 기능 이다. 기존 웹진의 문제점을 해결하고 편리한 웹진 제작을 하기위해 필요한 기능들이기 때문이다. 중점 사항을 구현하기 위해 DBMS 시스템을 기반으로 하는 WebZine을 설계하고 구현한 후 실제로 응용해보았으며 DBMS 시스템을 기반으로 하는 WebZine 제작틀이 나아갈 방향을 제시했다.;WebZine is published on the World Wide Web rather than published on paper. WebZine has been emerged to meet with the demand of the flexible layout which provides free and easy updating regularly on the Web. As this digital magazine effectively fulfills the limits of the traditional analog magazine, most companies publish WebZines to vitalize their customer communities in this digital era. Namely WebZine is chose as it allows more professional information services on the Web. Most of all, WebZine is adopted because of its strong point, the flexibility of layout. However most WebZine are created by simple HTML design. This thesis attempts to develop WebZine authoring tool based on DataBase Management System(DAMS) and utilize it to embody a WebZine. The critical points when developing WebZine Authoring Tool based on DBMS are as follows; [1]Designing database which accommodates with the diverse data formats [2]Template structure which helps design a unique layout according to each article. [3]Interactive interface which allows remote information providers to upload articles easily [4]Searching function which provides users with easy access to the previous volumes. This study tried to develop WebZine authoring tool based on DBMS and, for the empirical study, actually applied the authoring tool to design a WebZine. In conclusion, looked over the problems and issues of Webzine authoring tool based on DBMS which came up during the empirical study for the future study.
