Fine Jewelry를 이용한 고감성 패턴 디자인

Abstract

섬유는 예로부터 인간의 필요에 의해 필수 불가결한 요소로써 생활 속에서 친근하고 밀접한 관계를 유지해 왔으며, 21세기에 들어 급속한 발전을 하고 있는 시대의 변화에 따라 소재와 기술면에서 많은 발전을 하여 왔다. 또한 오늘날에는 실용성을 겸비한 하나의 산업 분야로 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 기술을 바탕으로 하는 디지털 사회로의 진입과 급격한 정보화의 물결 속 에서 소비자의 욕구는 차별화와 다양성을 요구하고 있다. 이에 대중의 고감성을 충족하는 새롭고 창조적인 디자인은 당 시대의 문화적, 사회적 정신을 반영하는 중요한 도구로써의 역할 뿐 아니라 상업적 고부가가치를 창출하는 수단으로서 국가의 경제 전략적 측면에서도 중요하므로 문화적 디자인 개발과 이에 대한 다각적인 연구가 요구 되는 시점이라 하겠다. 따라서, 패브릭 디자인에서도 빠른 속도로 변화하는 소비자에 대한 현대 감성의 이해와 다양한 표현법의 연구는 시대의 변화와 인식에 의한 연구가 많이 이루어 져야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구자는 이러한 시점에서 다품종 소량 생산이 요구를 충족하고 다양한 표현 양식을 활용할 수 있는 디지털 패브릭 프린팅 시스템(Digital Fbric Printing System) 을 이용하여 고부가 가치가 있는 창의적인 패브릭 디자인을 연구하여 보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 이론적 배경은 Fine Jewelry에 대한 일반적인 개념과 특징을 문헌 자료를 통해 고찰하였고 디자인적 활용도에 대해 살펴보았으며 더불어 현대의 고감성에 발맞추는 디자인을 개발하고 디지털 패브릭 프린팅에 대한 특징 및 공정과 우리나라 외 세계적인 사용 현황도를 살펴보았다. 이러한 문헌 연구를 바탕으로 하여 본 연구자는 Fine Jewelry를 주제로 기존의 날염 프린팅 에서는 표현 할 수 없었던 보석 컷팅의 섬세한 면 묘사와 아름답게 반사되는 반사광의 표현 등 정밀하고 사실적인 표현을 시도하였다. 이와 같은 연구는 Fine Jewelry가 패브릭 디자인의 모티브로 충분히 활용이 가능하였고, 사실적이고 장식적인 효과를 가질 수 있었으며 패션 소품으로써 뿐만 아니라 인테리어에서 다양하게 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 디지털 프린팅은 기존의 날염 프린팅 에서 표현할 수 없었던 표현 양식들을 새로운 디자인으로 표현할 수 있었다. 또한, 복잡한 생산 공정 과정을 모두 컴퓨터로 처리하여, 작업의 정확성과 시간의 효율성이 높음이 확인 되었고 다 품종 소량 생산에 적합하며 빠르게 변화하는 소비자들의 요구에 만족 시킬 수 있는 개성 있고, 희소성 있는 패브릭 디자인이 가능하게 되었다.;As a prerequisite for human being, textile is closely connected to our daily life. Related to the rapid changing of industry and life style in this 21stcentury, textile has been developed accordingly in both material and technical ways. Finally, it grows as one of the important stream of the industry. Consumers expect multiplicity as well as differentiation whild they get more information as they are living the era of digitalization. Design, the creative work is the method to reflect the sprit of the culture and social that we are living and also it adds commercial value on the products, therefore it is considered as a key to enhance the national wide economic and versatile studies are demanded accordingly. This study aims to develop the creative textile design using Digital Textile Printing System to give the additional value on the textile as this system can meet the requests for small quantity production with various designs with utilizing different expression methods. For this, general study back ground was found from previous studies for Fine Jewelry with focusing on the practical use of design. Also investigation for Digital Textile Printing is processed at once-for its keynote, progress of work, usage and etc. Based on this investigation, finally precise and detailed expression such as fine facets reflected light adapting from jewelry cutting which have not been able to be used on ordinary textile printing was tried on. This study validate Fine Jewelry can be utilized as a motive of textile design also brings decorative effects on that and with this effect it can be applied to fashion as well as interior. Besides of its decorative effect, digital printing is enable new printing method which can not be adapted on the fabric printing and its efficiency and productivity with computerizing all the work and production process can meet the requests for small quantity production with various designs to fulfill the desires for the customers with various tastes. Finally, this study suggests the direction for the further study as Fine Jewelry can be adapted not only for the textile but also other materials. Hope this study can be a guideline for designs which adapting digital printing with a pattern utilizing Fine Jewelry.
