Abstract
本 硏究는 발레 動作時 Port de bras를 行할 때 三角筋과 憎帽筋의 收縮現象을 E.M.G. 振幅의 分析을 통해서 발레動作의 技巧向上과 負傷의 豫防 및 效果的인 訓練을 하기 위한 基礎資料를 提供하는데 硏究의 目的을 두었다. 실험은 숙련자 2名과 미숙련자 2名을 對象으로 E.M.G.를 測定하여 3가지 팔의 움직임을 en bas, en avant, en haut, a` la seconde, bras d' attitude 의 5가지 팔의 姿勢別로 分析한 결과 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 비대칭적인 姿勢 bras d' attitude 가 三角筋과 憎帽筋에 있어서 가장 振幅이 큰 姿勢로 筋力이 가장 크게 발휘됐다. 2. 三角筋, 憎帽筋 모두에 대해서 姿勢 en haut, a` la seconde, bras d' attitude가 다른 姿勢(en bas, en avant)에 비하여 熟練者와 未熟練者 사이의 E.M.G. 振幅이 차이가 컸다. 3. 熟練者와 未熟練者에 대한 E.M.G. 分析의 결과 발레 팔 동작의 正確性은 動作을 취하는데 動員되는 근육이 효과적으로 조절되는지의 여부에 의하여 決定됨을 알 수 있었다.;The purposes of this study were preparing the basic data for upgrading the skills, preventing injuries and effective training of Port de bras. The contractions of deltoid and trapezius in the performanace of Port de bras, were studied using anlysis of E.M.G. amplitude. The experiments were performed with four subjects two of them were skilled students and others were unskilled students. The E.M.G. amplitudes of the deltoid and trapezius were measured in three Port de bras and the data were analysed for each of five arm position, 'en bas', 'en avant', 'en haut', 'a` la seconde' and 'bras d'attitude'. The results were as follows. 1. The E.M.G. amplitudes of the deltoid and trapezius of 'bras d'attitude', which was asymmetric position, were the highest. According to this it had shown that muscle force was largest in that position. 2. The difference of E.M.G. amplitudes between skilled and unskilled subjects in 'en haut', 'a` la seconde' and 'bras d'attitude' were larger than those in 'en bas' and 'en avant'. From these results, it had shown that the former positions required more skills than the others. 3. It had shown in the analysis of E.M.G. of skilled and unskilled subjects that the accurate arm movement in ballet was dependent on appropriate muscle force during arm movement.
