Abstract
대부분의 民族들이 그 나름대로의 獨特한 民族音樂을 가지고 있다. 우리의 國樂은 우리 祖上에게서 물려받은 固有의 傳統文化로서 이 貴한 遺産을 계승 발전시켜야 함은 물론 民族的, 敎育的 次元에서의 主體性 涵養을 위해서도 國樂은 必要한 要締이며 國家的 必要에 의해서도 國樂은 더욱 强調되어야 하겠다. 그래서 本 硏究는 國樂에 對한 一線 中高等學校 學生들과 音樂敎師들의 認識을 硏究 檢討하여 傳統文化的 遺産으로서 國樂의 價値와 認識을 새롭게 하고 繼承發展的 側面에서의 問題點과 改善方向을 摸索하여 國樂의 發展을 꾀하고 國籍있는 敎育으로서 民族主義性의 確立을 한층 공고히 하려는 目的을 가지고 있다. 따라서 國樂敎育의 重要性을 살펴보기 위하여 槪略的인 近世國樂의 歷史를 훑어 보았고, 一線 敎育現場에서의 具體的 現 實態를 把握하기 위해서 서울市內 敎育行政 單位別로 나뉘어져 있는 男女中高等學校에서 各 單位別로 임의로 選定한 男女中高生 2,160名과 現職 音樂敎師 150名에게 質問紙를 使用하여 學生 17問項과 敎師 19問項으로 區分해서 알아 보고 나타난 國樂에 대한 全般的 認識과 國樂敎育의 運營狀態 등을 分析하였다. 그 結果 대체적으로 學生들이 國樂에 대한 認識이 不足하였고 별다른 興味를 느끼지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 學校敎育에 있어서도 體系化된 理論書 및 國樂敎育用 資料, 設備의 不足과 授業時間의 絶對的인 不足등으로 國樂內容이 소홀히 다루어져서 中高等學校에서의 國樂敎育이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있었으며, 敎師들 역시 대부분이 國樂敎育 能力이 不足하였다. 이에 對한 解決策으로 學生들에게 國樂에 대한 올바른 認識을 심어주고 敎師들을 爲한 特別硏修敎育과 國樂敎育用 敎材 및 設備의 擴充, 關係當局의 支援策등에 관하여 論하였다.;Most nations have created their own peculiar national music. Our national classical music inherited from our forefathers must be succeeded to and developed as a traditional culture. And in the dimension of Education it is essential element for the establishment of national identity. Thus this study has three purposes as a research to investigate how middle and high school students and their music teacher understand our national music. They are follows : first, to refresh their view of value and recognition on the national music as a traditional cultural heritage. second, to seek the development of national music through groping the ways of setting problems in the respect of succession and development thereof. third, to consolidate the establishment national identity more firmly. First I outlined the history of the modern national classical music, in order to inspire the importance off national classical music. Next I made use of questionnaire in order to grasp the present actual conditions of current education. The subject of the questionnaire is 2160 middle and high school students and 150 music teachers who were randomly selected from each middle and high school in seoul and the questionnaire comprised 17 items for students and 19 for teachers. On the basis the result of the questionnaire I analyzed on national music and working condition of national music education. The result of the investigation indicates that students are lack of understanding on national music, and thus they are not interested in it. And our national music education at school does not work to iack of systematic texts, equipments and materials, Also most of teachers are in want of ability to teach national music. The counterplans for these problems as follows: upright understanding of teacher expanding the teachering materials and equiments, active supporting of the managing authorities.
