서울지방의 일 최고기온 및 최저기온 예보치의 국련도에 관한 연구

Abstract

서울지방에서, 1971년부터 1980년까지 10년간 일간 신문에 발표된 일 최고기온과 일 최저기온 예상치는 실제 관측치와 비교하여, 그 적중율을 알아 보았다. skill score^(*)와 percent correct^(**)를 통하여 분석하고 evaluation diagram^(***)으로 확인한 결과 과거 10년간 기온예보기술의 향상은 찾아 보기 어려웠다. 예보 적중률은 warm season 보다 cool season이 skill score는 2%, percent correct는 4% 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또 일 최고기온 보다도 일 최저기온의 적중률이 skill score는 8%, percent correct는 7% 높았으며, 대체로 보아 일 최고기온 예상치는 실제 실측치 보다는 높게 예보 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 한편 일 최저기온의 예상치는 실제 실측치 보다는 낮게 예보된 경향을 보였다.;Forecasted values of daily maximum and minimum temperature records during the period 1971-1980 in Seoul were compared with the observed values from C.M.O. Verifications are analized through skill score, percent correct and evaluation diagrams. The results of the study showed that the accuracy for the forecast of minimum temperature was 8% higher than that of maximum temperature, and accuracy of both forecasts was slightly higher during the cool season than warm season. And also, the forecasted values of daily maximum temperature estimated about 13.6% higher than observed values, while the daily minimum temperature about 16.0% lower than observed values.
