Abstract
學者들에 依해 運動感과 運動能力 사이에 높은 肯定的인 相關關係가 있음이 硏究되었다. 運動을 正確하게 보다 잘 遂行하기 위해서는 관련된 運動을 正確하게 感賞해야 하며, 運動感이 예민한친 사람들은 確實히 運動을 正確하고 쉽게 記憶한다. 따라서 正確한 運動感의 發達이 없이는 運動能力(motor ability)의 發達이나 運動技熊(motor skill)의 向上을 期待하기 困難하므로 運動感 發達에 관한 硏究는 體育의 科學的 指導에 반드시 必要한 것이라 생각된다. 本 硏完는 運動의 基本이 되는 體操의 앞으로 구르기 運動을 實驗處置로 擇해서 運動感의 要因이 되는 팔의 位置感, 平衡性, 空間位置感 等의 運動感 發達에 어떻게 影響을 미치는가를 糾明하고자 하였다. 以上의 硏究目的을 基礎로 구르기 運動의 年令에 따른 運動感 發達, 卽 팔의 位置感, 平衡性, 空間位置感 等 各 要因 間의 相關關係를 把握하고자 亂選標集한 금란여중 1학년 69名과 금란여고 1학년 60名을 實驗群으로 하고, 금란여고 2학년 57名을 比較群으로 하여 一週에 二時間씩 六週 동안 앞으로 구르기 運動을 實驗處置로 하는 前, 後 統制群 設計方法으로 實驗한 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 運動 經驗을 많이 한 集團인 高等學校 二學年이 中1이나 高1 보다 運動感이 좋았다. 2. 앞으로 구르기 運動은 팔의 位置感 보다는 空間位置感이 더 많은 影響을 미쳤다. 3. 앞으로 구르기 運動은 中1 女學生이 高 1 女學生 보다 運動感 發達에 큰 影響을 미쳤다. 4. 팔의 位置感, 空間 位置感 間의 相關關係는 거의 相關이 없으나, 平衡性과 팔의 位置感 및 空間 位置感 間에는 낮은 相關이 있었다.;In has been studied by some scholars that the kinesthetic sense has a great deal to do with the motor ability. To take exercises more exactly and well, we must perceive the corresponding precisely and those who are keen in the kinesthetic sense can memorize the exercises easily and exactly. Therefore there is no progressing in both the motor ability and the motor skill without the development of the kinesthetic sense, so that we hold that the study on the development of the kinesthetic sense is indispensable to the scientific teach for the physical education. The purpose of this study was to investigate how the positional kinesthetic sense of arms, the dynamic balance, and the spatial positional kinesthetic sense as the factor of the kinesthetic sense, exert an effect on the kinesthetic sense by choosing front rolling, the basic floor exercise in gymnastics as the experimental treatment. To investigate the correlation between the factors, namely, the positional kinesthetic sense of arms, the dynamic balance and the spatial positional kinesthetic sense; the development of the kinesthetic sense according to the ages of those who take front rolling exercises based on this study, the subjects were first grade 69 students of Keum Nan Girls' Junior High School as Random Sampling and the first grade 60 students of Keum Nan Girls' Senior High School as the experimental group and the second grade 57 students of Keum Nan Girls' Senior High school as the comparative group and the experimental group was the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The treatments were front rolling exercises two hours a week for six weeks. 1. The second grade students of the senior high school, the more experienced group in exercises have the much better kinesthetic sense. 2. Front rolling exercises exert more effect on the spatial positional kinesthetic sense than on the positional kinesthetic sense of arms. 3. Front rolling exercises exert more effect on the first grade students of junior high school than on the first grade students of senior high school in the development of the kinesthetic sense. 4. There is little coefficient of correlation among the factors, but there is a little among of the coefficient correlation between the dynamic balance and the factors.
