傳敎活動에 있어서 敎授媒體 活用에 關한 硏究

Abstract

오늘날 敎會가 使徒職을 遂行하는데 있어서 現時代와 사람들에게 알맞는 方法과 手段을 利用하는 것은 重要한 일이다. 使徒職遂行에서 特히 傳敎活動의 固有한 手段은 敎理敎育이라 할 수 있다. 敎理敎育은 그 敎材가 聖經의 福音말씀이 中心이 되므로 이것은 直接 傳達할 수 없는 정신적인 世界를 다룬 것으로써 言語的인 表現方法만으로는 不足한 点이 많다. 따라서 現代 科學技術과 學問硏究의 進步에 따른 敎育工學의 敎授方法에서 效果的인 敎授媒體의 活用을 敎理敎育에 適用시키고자 하는 것이다. 敎授媒體의 一般的인 效果面에서의 特性을 살펴 봄으로써 敎會의 敎理敎師들이 이에 對한 認識을 새롭게 하고, 그 活用度를 높여 주기 위한 일환으로써 質問紙 調査를 하였다. 質問紙 調査를 通해서는 교원매체의 保有現況과 活用度, 그 必要性과 效果에 對한 意見調査등 分析結果에 따른 活用의 改善方案을 모색해 보는데 目的이 있다. 質問紙는 25問項으로 構成하였으며 敎授媒體의 保有現況과 活用 및 效果, 活用改善案의 3段階로 제시한 것을 우송, 반응케 하였다. 質問對象은 가톨릭 서울敎區內에 소속되어 있는 103 個 本堂이였으며 80 個 本堂이 應答하여 質間紙 回收率은 77.7%였고 資料處理는 百分奉로 處理하였다. 現況調査 分析結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 現在 各 本堂에서 保有하고 있는 교원매체는 80 個 本堂中 75%가 구비되어 있다는 結果로 나타났지만 이는 電波를 利用하는 現代式 資料가 아니며, 現 資料와 施設에 潑足하고 있는 경우는 하나도 없었다. 2. 傳敎活動에 있어서 교수매체의 活用效果에 對한 反應이 95%였고 必要性에 對한 見解도 97%를 나타내어 이에 對한 必要性과 效果를 절실히 느끼고 있으나 가장 큰 難点은 各 本堂에서 교원매체를 爲한 예산책정이 되어 있지 않다는 点을 指適할 수 있다. 3. 敎理敎師들의 보다 철저한 訓練을 通해서 敎理敎育에 알맞은 活用方法을 普及시키고 계속적인 硏究를 할 수 있도록 認識시킨다. 4. 기존 敎授媒體의 活用만으로는 不足하다는 應答比率이 67%로 나타났고 96%가 보다 效果的인 活用方案이 硏究되어져야 한다는 意見을 보이고 있다. 以上의 分析結果에 따라 敎會內 敎理敎育場의 교수매체 活用을 돕기 위한 方案으로서, 敎區內에 視廳覺資料 Center를 設備하고 各種 媒體의 活用案內와 硏修會를 開催하는 등 대여해 줄 수 있는 기회와 製作活動部를 두고 本堂에서 利用할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이렇게 될 때 보다 經濟的으로 또 效率的으로 活用할 수 있게 된다.;Recent advance in science technology brought various new equipments for instructional media and proper use of the instructional equipments has been proven by many researchers and teachers to be very effective and efficient means in education. As this country became rapidly industrialized with steady increase in the gross national product, use of various instructional equipments in education has acknowledged as basic necessity for efficient teaching. However, the statistics and recent trend in the use of instructional equipments as educational media, particularly among Catholic churches, have not been documented in the literature. Present study aimed to clarify current status and trend of utilization of instructional equipments among Catholic churches in the Seoul Arch-Diocese. The study also planned to emphasize necessity and effectiveness of instructional equipments in modern education thus hoping to encourage and stimulate active utilization of instructional media. A questionnarie containing 25 itemized questions was mailed along with introductory letter to 103 Catholic churches in the Seoul Arch-Diocese. The questionnaire emphasized the informations mainly on availability of instructional media, number and kind of instructional equipments, efficacy of instructional media used, and future plan and/or prospectives ect. Eighty of 103 churches returned the questionnaire. The questionnaires were answered by a sister in charge of church education program, bible class teacher of by the Father of the church. The data summarized from the returned questionnaires revealed following facts : 1. Ninety five percent of the churched surveyed indicated that use of instructional media is extremely(58%) or very(37%) effective in education in general and propagation of the religion. 2. Ninety-seven percent of the churches surveyed believe definite need for a trained person to handle and manage instructional media. 3. Sixty-seven percent of the churches surveyed expressed concern over lack of fund for instructional equipments and thirty-three percent indicated availability of the minimum necessary fund. None of the churched indicated available fund to be sufficient. 4. Over sixty percent for the churches surveyed indicated that current utilization of instructional media in catholic churched is far less than satisfactory and ninety-six percent of the churched believe that present means of education in churches need drastic improvement. These results clearly indicate urgent need of trained specialists in order to properly manage and promote instructional media for more effective evangelization, and suggest to increase fund for instructional media so that evangelic in Catholic church can be more productive. It is author's conclusion that church fund and be spent most effectively and constructively by expanding and improving instructional media for the education in Catholic religion.
