어린이용 신발류 DESIGN에 관한 연구

Abstract

최근에 우리나라 신발산업이 사양추세를 보이고 있고 점차 국가적인 차원의 관심이 저하되고 있는 실정에 우리에게 많은 관심을 가지고 있는 어린이 제품과 접목시켜 새로운 시장의 진입으로 돌파구를 마련하고 어린이에게 보다 유용한 신발을 제공해 주는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 성인 신발 특히 OEM방식의 스포츠화의 연구결과를 바탕으로 어린이용 신발의 문제점을 여러 부분별로 연구하면서 첫째는 현재 등한시되고 있는 어린이용 신발의 구조적, 기능적 이론을 제공하고 둘째는 기업에서의 외형적인 디자인 위주의 개발에서 기술·연구부분을 강화시켜 선진국과의 차이를 좁히므로써 판매시장을 확장하자는데 기초를 두었다. 본 연구는 9세 이하의 아동을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였는데 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 보행기용 신발은 미끄럼방지 기능이 뒷부분을 중심으로 넓게 분포되어야 한다. 2. 신고 벗기에 편리한 벨크로 형태의 개폐의 기능이 용이한 디자인으로 전개하여야 한다. 3. 겉창소재는 바닥재질이 균일해야 하며 부드러운 상태를 유지할 수 있는 소재를 선택하여야 한다. 4. 외형적인 형태는 어린이가 좋아하는 모티브를 사용하여 어린이의 관심을 유발시켜야 한다(동물, 꽃등의 자연물 이용). 5. 발의 빠른 성장에 따른 신발 SIZE의 변화를 5mm정도 수용할 수 있어야 한다. 6. 색상은 노랑, 빨강, 주황, 분홍, 그린 등의 어린이 선호색상을 조화시키고 쉽게 더러움을 타지 않는 색상을 사용하여야 한다. 7, 갑피재료는 부드러우면서도 쉽게 형태안정성을 잃지 않아야 한다. 8. 갑피안감은 면을 사용하여 통기성과 땀을 흡수할 수 있어야 한다.;Recently the shoe industry of Korea meets with the reality of declining trend and low national interest. Therefore, a new attempt for grafting it on products for children, in which we have great interest, is required in order to provide a break into a new market and to present more useful shoes to children. In this study, the problems of children's shoes in various part, are investigated, on the basis of the results of study, on which existing adult's sports-shoes manufactured by the method of OEM had been studied, first, to give the structural and functional theory of children's shoes that has been neglected, second, by narrowing the differences with the industries of advanced countries, ta expand the selling market. For this study, the children under 9 years old were chosen as subjects of the investigation, and the result was as follows: 1. As to the shoes for baby-walker, the function of slip-check(proof) should be distributed widely over the rear part. 2. Shoes must be unfolded into the design of convenient on and off Velcro form. 3. As to the materials of surfice of inner sole, quality of which should be even and should maintain the condition of softness. 4. As to the outer shape, motifs which children prefer should be used so as to motivate the child's interest(using natural things such as animals, flowers). 5. Change of shoe-size, according to fast growth of foot, should accept 5 mm of space. 6. As to color tone, such colors as yellow, red, orange, pink and green which children prefer should be harmonized and colors hard to get soiled must be used. 7. As to the material of the upper of shoes, it should be soft and hard to lose the firmness of shape. 8. Lining of the upper of shoes should use cotton for vantilation of air and absorption of sweat. This result is very meaningful as the basic study that can expand the opportunity of consummers to purchase better commodities, and open a new market for business and gain superiority over product sales.
